Did everyone fall asleep or maybe go kayaking with Tom? I know I'd like to send myself on an all expenses paid trip to kayakville with Tom and Co. Some of the other people who could have their NOA2's already, haven't been online recently to let us know. Hopefully they do have their NOA2's and will update us as soon as they stop celebrating and get down to business.

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

Yup I saw that as well Teya. Looks like USCIS is slowing down again :( I want my approval by end of July if possible. Lets hope i get it.

I don't know if you may have noticed on Igor's List but the K-1's have had alot more approvals so far from the CSC office for the start of this month. Could be a reason why we have not seen any others being approved yet.

I have a question: when I started this process, I remember researching that our case would be forwarded to the Texas Service Center because we were filing in Florida. I noticed that our NOA1's case number starts with "WAC", meaning that it's being processed in the California Service Center. Why is that? I haven't seen anyone who's been processed in the TSC. Or is that place non-existent anymore? I'm confused

Each service center is for something different. The WAC and VCS are the most common CR1 filing areas.

Well I´m just anxious to get NOA2. The first time frame I tought I could get it was 90 to 110 days, i have been waiting 96 so it is only 2 weeks away to reach 110.

- Sent payment online AOS bill July 9, 2010

- Sent payment online IV fee bill July 14, 2010

- Received IV instruction packet July 16, 2010

- AOS and IV packet delivered at NVC, July 30, 2010

- Case Closed August 25, 2010

- Interview October 12, 2010 APPROVED!!!

My son´s Journey

- I-130 Sent, February 22, 2010

- NOA2 July 7, 2010

National Visa Center

- Received email stating my son´s case must be processed electronically, AOS fee bill included in email, July 22, 2010

- Sent email to NVCElectronic to OPT-IN For Electronic Processing, July 23, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic OPT-IN accepted July 26, 2010

- Received email letter DS 3032 was accepted, letter included lV fee bill invoice, July 28, 2010

- IV Status: Paid July 29, 2010

- AOS and IV packet sent via email (forms and documents scanned) August 3, 2010

- Received email from NVCElectronic to let me know my son´s case was closed August 26, 2010

- Interview October 8, 2010 APPROVED!!!

I know what you mean. I live in TN and mine went to CA also. I have enough to think about so as long as they are doing it I try not to think to hard on their reasons. Life is to short. Maybe Teya is right I really dont know. I just hope things keep MOVING>>>

How was your trip Tena? Everything ok back home?

My trip back home was great I am so happy I spend that week with my hubby. Jamaica is doing better not has bad has everyone think the street are claimed and the people are getting back to their normal life I am very happy I went.had a lot of fun.

Yeah we have the same timeline! I hope we get our NOA2s soon. The waiting is killing me tongue_ss.gif
