Sweetcheeksss is our current rep for the June NVC forum. The other March approvals never joined our little group. I think I will cal tomorrow about my NOA1 since it will be technically the 15th day. :(. If it takes them this long to send me a proper NOA1....I can only imgaine for the NOA2.

Teya - Just call them right now. They should still be open. Whats wrong in calling and seeing where things are. If they say you have to wait till tomorrow, call again.

no...who is going to be the 3rd Marcher to get their NOA2 this week. I saw badmash007 in the Feb filers but I want to know who of us will be lucky #3. JuneFirst hasn't been on for a while. Maybe she has been approved. Or maybe The Jesal will be #3. The "popular" countries like Canada, The PI, and India usually have a high approval rate and seem to go quicker.

I doubt that many are getting approved from India. I know that Canada and Philippine are getting approved pretty quickly. Wish all other countries get approved at the same rate.

March2010 - yes for you guys but my NOA1 date is April 2nd. So the more march filers the worst it gets for me. Oh well. I guess i gotta wait a little longer. :)

Your actual wait time did not change. Your predicted wait time (based on data on this site), well, that has changed.

If these people applied in or before March, they had applied to USCIS before you anyway. So in a way, they were ahead of you regardless of them updating their timelines on this site. Hence, your actual turn or wait time did not change.

my husband and I have been getting ready to file and we are sending in the papers this week! :dance:

We wonder how many other people are filinf at the same time and thought it would be fun to take the visa journey together online.

Hi everyone! i will send our I-130 in in two weeks! Great to see that there are others here starting off around now too! My wife from indonesia, we were married on feb 1, 2010 in bali (Dausa, Bangli) I'm not using a lawyer but I know one(helped my brother with his green card) and I will be just having her proof read my packets before being sent and paying her hourly wage for that. I had planned on using a lawyer but this website has given me the confidence to try it on our own, thanks to all for asking and answering!

I am work...for one. When I have called before time they either tell me I have to wait until the end of the waiting period or they tell me that they will put in a service request and that I have to wait 30 days. I want to talk to a supervisor this time.

Teya- i am in the same boat as you now. Just called USCIS becuase i realized that my wife's middle name was missing from the NOA1. Now I have to wait 45 days as well.

My life just got worse.

I thought you were going to RFE it!!!! Did you see the time line. Supposedly I'm a sitting duck for the beloved NOA2.

Why did they give you 45 days? Hey...the 1st time I reported it, a case worker called me and I got to talk to her. Maybe since it is so much later on, a case worker will call you and this is a good thing. I hope so. This should never happen to any one!!!! Maybe if we create a FB page we will get attention and they will do something about it.

I thought it might create more issues. The thing is if they ask for affidavit proving that she is the same person, i will take me the same amount of time as getting it fixed. So decided to just get it fixed. I guess it was my mistake and hopefully someone does call me and I can talk to them and get my NOA1 corrected.

Oh well. The waiting time just got extended for another two months.

Good thinking Jesal. I know for sure now that you should be getting your NOA2 before me. So I will be learning a lot from your experience :)

Hope so. I will just wait for the call and like you said, if the case worker calls me and they start looking at the application right away since they have it opened, then i would be the happiest person on earth :)

Teya - You know that wont happen right. Just dreaming of stuff. I was expecting my NOA2 around July 15th timeframe. Now that just got moved to end of August at the earliest.
