I would go that route for now. Just mention in your cover letter that Passport office PCC will be provided at the time of the interview due to the following reason.

And then just hope that they dont send you a RFE. And if they do decide to send you a RFE, then you would have to have your spouse get it from AMD office.

I think its worth the gamble. By sending everything into the NVC before the wife gets the checklist saves us about a week or two of transit/processing time, rite?

If we get RFE for it, then by the time they do that the wife would get her checklist and just get the PCC anyways. That would take about week time as well. So kinda balances out, no?

Sometimes i wonder if i should just wait till the wife gets her checklist and gets the PCC from the passport office then just send everything in at once. Would i be wasting too much time then?

This of course me assuming the passport office even gives the PCC on the same day.

you have some good points there. I think someone actually waited for the checklist to come and then submitted everything at once. I dont know how long before they send you the checklist. I know that by waiting for the RFe and then the checklist, we will be adding a good month to the waiting time because the in order to the original PCC from passport office, it might take a week and then to get the PCC here another 2 weeks. So bascially 3 weeks there and another week to get the checklist from NVC.

The only thing I can think of i write in the cover letter that the local passport office doesn't provide the PCC without a checklist and the PCC will be provided at the time of interview.

If anyone else has any other inputs that they can share would be helpful.

Got a touch on our I-129F and our I-130 gah I'm gonna freak out very, very soon lol.

you have another touch today? Wow i would be going crazy too if that happens to me. But hey it means that you are getting closer to seeing something.

Nothing new here...especially not my lack of patience! :)

It will come soon for you as well. Based on the Timeline, your application should be in REVIEW mode on someone's desk right now. Just a week or two I think and u should hear something. March Filers' time is coming.

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

They will b close on the 31 its a holiday. So call them on the 1st. I did not go jamaica am still here its too bad for me to go now mayb next week

Thank u my family is ok its my husband that am worried about he is a solider in jamaica so he is in the cross fire and am going crazy I wish I had a interview 2morrow so I can take him out of this mess.
