Did anyone check "Immigration timelines" page lately. It say that

Approximate Processing Dates for Common Forms: I130 for IR1/CR1 & K3 Visas - March 01, 2010

Looks like March filers should be getting closer to the NOA2 soon.

I dont know how it calculates that date. But I haven't seen any approvals on this website yet. It might be counting K3 visas as well. Have no clue.

Hey I am back but will not do much posting here till tomorrow. I had some fun and I see your still looking for things to do. So maybe I will have another Idea tomorrow. haha

Oh I got some good news from the wife. She is now on board and listening to me. She also has all her paperwork in good order and will be mailing it to me in a few days. YAHOO>>> Guess All I had to do was leave her alone haha

Usually, it's a 'measure of dates', and not a 'calculation'.

It's based on dates of casefiles 'coming across the desk' and 'opened at a desk'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If you only knew what I have to do to get ready. :P. You only know half of it. :). I will get ready...eventually. I'm not complaining about not having an NOA2 yet because I would be up a creek sans paddle right now and how take forever in NVC. No need to hurry up and wait.

Good point. I am waiting right now. My wife is going to be sending me DS230, local police clearance, BC, MC, passport copy, DS3032 all signed. So now i have nothing else to do. I just read stuff here and reply to ppl if i know the answer :)

Do you know what is going on, now the page says?

Approximate Processing Dates for Common Forms: I130 for IR1/CR1 & K3 Visas - March 07, 2010

And I check my timeline and shows I130 may be adjudicated by june 10, 2010 (this one has not changed) but the max date did, it used to show July 15, 2010 and now says 15 days less (June 30, 2010)

Just to get it clear. Adjudication date means, when someboy could start working on the file.

Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013
