For the AOS Tena, if you are bringing all of his kids here, then yes you will be filing just I-864 for them. There is a place to list them (as coming with your husband or within 6 months of him coming here). I don't know what our case is, so if you gave more information maybe we could help you more.

I meant to say just 1 AOS which means that you have to make enough for you + him + his 3 kids = 125% of the poverty level for a household of 5.

As for the "Heads up, RFE's down!" game, it doesn't have to be completed in a day. So all of us can take our time and have lives not attached to this website.

Tom started the idea and gave the first step of what we should do after we get the NOA2 (calm down and get organized). Does anyone have anything to add to what he said? If not, we can move to the next step.

I send of I130 for him and one for eack child so I have to wait 6months aftet he come for them to b here. N don't I need a support for each person that's what my mom is saying cause she just file for my brother n his kids n she had to have a support for each person did the rules change

John I checked my receipt last night and I am going through the California office too, my receipt also starts with WAC. That will teach me for assuming lol. Thanks for your help!! Hopefully this is a good thing now.

I approve what Tom said in getting organized and calming down a bit before lunging yourself into the NVC process. Hi guys, I havent heard anything from my case!.. received my NOA1 March 18th, my case was touched March 22, and thats all that has happened to my case since then..

But i read something about a game here.. what is it about? Ill like to play since I'm a March filer

OK Tom. John and I had done some of what you had suggested before. In order to make a player's list, we need a list of people willing to participate. I will volunteer myself to make the list but I need to know ho is willing to play. So....

WHO WANTS TO PLAY THE "HEADS UP, RFE'S DOWN!" GAME?

If you wish to participate, please let me know on here or PM and I will make a list. Tom has made the 1st step. If no one wishes to play however, please let us all know so that we aren't waiting for 15 days to figure it out .

This is the game Faby:

Start from the beginning of the process. Once a step is agreed to have been covered go to the next Step. The statement should be about something you noticed and almost missed. Then the other can check their packages. Give some time between questions say 1-2 hours. Then the next person post there observation. The questions and thinking need to flow so stay on topic. If someone feels the subject has been beaten to death then call for a vote and if 3 agree, move on to the next step.

Remember if you do this we can not be shy or feel stupid for stating simple observation. All Observation are equal because they will result if RFEs is the information is wrong. If someone can't be a participate because of schedule or access to Internet, that's fine. They can be removed from the list of player but they can still read the post and benefit from this effort when they have access or Join in when the scheduling conflict is passed.

I will, as I said earlier, be away for a while but I can pop in from time to time as Internet access becomes available and between activities. I cant do the Player List but I will start off with the first dumb statement/observation or Heads Up what ever we decide to call it.

Here goes You receive Approval Notice from USCIS After all the Yelling and Jumping stops, Scan the document or make a few copies or forward the email to your Significant Other. Where ever he or she may be.

Then take a deep breath "Its Game On" ... This is the time to clear your head and double and triple check your package for completeness. Do this in order of need ( ie DS3032 then I 864, then DS230. Those things that are still not in your possession need to be put on a TO List. Dont do this all at one time give yourself break periods. When your mind gets jammed up take a break then get back at it ...

Well this is more a strategy but that's what each of us need. There is an old saying that goes like this. "Plan your work! Then work your Plan!" You can not be to organized!!!

We just need 2 more approvals to move on to the next step.

I agree to Tom's Statement as well. First step is to clam down and get organized. Dont try to rush through things.

Due to the very underwhhhhhhhelming response of acceptance. I'm changing the rules to: Only 2 "I approve this message"'s are needed. Therefore....we are moving on to the next step in the NVC process.

Teya - looks like this game is not working out properly. Need to find something else. I think we need to just come up with a list of things that we should send with each package. I mean any additional items that would help get us through the NVC stage quickly and without any RFE.

Hello to everyone here on VJ. My wife and I filed our I-130 on March 12 of 2010 and we received our NOA-1 on March 17. We are still in the waiting stage. I have talked to a guy I met that works for the NVC and he said that the wait time for NOA-2 is about 3 months. Hope that helps any of you out here.

To the person who got married in Hong Kong. I also married my wife in Hong Kong. Keep in touch with me so we can track the process together. Who knows maybe our spouses may see each other during the interview process.

I can handle that. If i get my NOA2 in mid June then maybe her interview date would be in early September? Sound realistic?
