23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

Kool... your NOA1 wa sback on 2010-05-04 .... it's been now 5 months and 9 days.. you deserve an approved case. How did you get notification that your case was touched..? You checked the case status online and the date was different..?

First ,,,, Thank you for all of you.

Second ,,, I do hope by the rest of today that I get the approval.

Third ,,, YES,,, last night the USCIS web wont open with me at all,,,, but 5 hours ago, I try with and here on my account that my file touched yesterday on Oct. the 13th.

THE GOOD NEWS THAT VJ TIMELINE GIVE ME TIME BETWEEN 13-20 OF ACT. FOR GET APPROVE AND FIRST TOUCH WAS ON 13 TH

SEE, I WAS ON THE WEB SIT AT 1:53 PM,,,, STILL THE SAME AS THIS MORNING,,,, I WENT OFF AND GET BACK ON AT 2:02 AND HERE THERE WAS CHANGE TOUCHED ON OCT. 14

Don't worry. You'll get your approval soon enough. If you made a mistake in your application, which I know you didn't since you had all the help from VJ, you will get an RFE. Reply to the RFE and you'll still get your approval.

I think you're going to post here tomorrow saying you got your approval.

27-APR-2010 - Form I-130 fee cashed

28-APR-2010 - Received USPS return receipt (send for Form I-130)

29-APR-2010 - Touched, as in case was last updated on this day. With what and how, no one knows.

30-APR-2010 - Realized cashed check has case number, NOA1 has been mailed on 27-APR-2010.

30-APR-2010 - Received first Notice of Action (NOA1)

01-OCT-2010 - Touched, as in case was last updated on this day. Probably due to senator inquiry.

02-OCT-2010 - I130 approved; email notice.

07-OCT-2010 - NOA2 hard-copy received.

14-OCT-2010 - NVC case number assigned.
