Not that this matters to anyone but I just found out my case was approved on 02-OCT-2010. That's a Saturday. How odd. But my case was touched on 01-OCT-2010. What I really think is that my case was really approved on 01-OCT-2010. First touch and it's done. They just waited to mail the hardcopy 'till Saturday.

What I also learned is that the case was simultaneous shipped to National Visa Center. The people over at NVC just like to take a bit of time to enter the case into their system. What's mind boggling is that this hand off is analogue. I would think it was was digital. Some poor sole is going to sit their and type our craps again.

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent

2013-08-16: Conditions removed. 10 year Permanent Resident Card received

Hey everyone OMG thank you so much this is deserved for us and for everyone who has waited and i pray that whoever is left in March comes on the same train as my husband and I....I had called and called then we got the e-mail yesterday but they approved us on the 5th no sense not to just put it into the system and e-mail the same day...just waiting on the hard copy and then to NVC now so it will be just alittle while before we catch up now...But THANK GOD he is good to us ohhh my word....sorry i have not updated but it has been pure hell for us and we could not bare to see all the approvals that have been coming within two month period when ours is now almost 7 months....it took them almost three weeks to approve us...but thanks to Ruth requesting our file to be moved faster from what she told me...she is a good person....anyways now i will keep the update going as i have something to update now...now the praying is for a faster and smoother ride to an interview....God Bless.....Inshaallah....

Wasn't with VJ back in march.

Packet with 2 I-130 delivered at the CSC on 3/3/10 NOA1 issued 3/9/10. NOA2 6/28/10....case got to the NVC on 7/13/10, case completed at the NVC on 9/13/10.

Interview assigned on 10/5/10 for November 1, 2010 @ 830am (double interview)

He means we (Marchers) are almost done with our journey. Complete on most everything except our interviews. Some are even done with that. Now it will be the April group turn to be up to bat... or to prepare to complete their journey.

Wow.. I did not know that it was a holiday... THANKS.. I guess that's why I called the IRS dept at 830a TO GET MY 2009 transcript and got a message saying they were closed... That's sad.. guess I might need to delay applying for my N-400 :whistle:
