One beat of happy news is that 36% of all April filers have their NOA2 already. A few day ago it was 23%. Good. Good.

Yeah, and seems that uscis site is not updated again, so assume we have even more approvals just waiting hard copy...

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

What does the AVR say? NVC schedules the interview.

As per theladyntramp.....she has requested expediate.......of her case. looks like she never received emails.....or text....so no touches.....online status never got updated.....

Ya, ya - zoom zoom...

The only way to make it faster :D with EP -

is to have a lawyer on the case, with that G-28 filed with the I-130 petition -

as then

the IV and AOS fee bills show up simultaneously.

and that's it. End of Tweakage Report .

IMO, that's the ONLY reason a lawyer is useful (but I hate lawyers, pay them my own coin to train them, always)

I feel for Greg, though - RFEs Suck, Much. It says so, right there on the label. I think he's still in Sichuan with his wife, this week, so that's always a good thing - prefer to wait on RFE with wife snoring gently beside him, you betcha.

It does suck to wait 6+ months and then have to call to find out. You are right Darnell, I am still with my wife in China ;)

I was told the RFE is in "Clerical" getting processed for sending it to me, so Ruth was not able to hunt it down and find out the reason(s). I will be back in the States next week then I will find out the specifics. I am prepared to send them a large amount of additional info. It might just be a clerical error on my part. Who knows?!?!?!
