Hang in there buddy... Soon things will fall in place I'm sure...

It pisses me off too... that an average time for a spouse of USC takes at least a year to immigrate to US....

and I have had friends on student visa who have gotten married and their spouses came to US immediately with them...

just so Frustrating...

Yeah I hear that!!! What a crock... where is the security in that or the Dignity and Respect to the US Citizens for that matter. :girlwerewolf2xn:

Ouch. Mondo Suckage. Oh well - it is what it is - wait it out, you've got other 'speedy autobahns' coming up at NVC- so that's a plus.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Ya, ya - zoom zoom...

The only way to make it faster :D with EP -

is to have a lawyer on the case, with that G-28 filed with the I-130 petition -

as then

the IV and AOS fee bills show up simultaneously.

and that's it. End of Tweakage Report .

IMO, that's the ONLY reason a lawyer is useful (but I hate lawyers, pay them my own coin to train them, always)

I feel for Greg, though - RFEs Suck, Much. It says so, right there on the label. I think he's still in Sichuan with his wife, this week, so that's always a good thing - prefer to wait on RFE with wife snoring gently beside him, you betcha.

I called the Senate lady about my immigration #######. I asked her if I should or could contact both the senators and rest of them House cats. She said I could. It's up to me. She also suggested that rather than making this go quicker, it will make the process longer with multiple people taking out the file from the queue to have a congress ion query done on it. So I'll stick with one senator's office. And I advise everyone else the same should you find yourself in this situation. I'm sure this information is already known. If so, pardon my rehash.

I'm not freaking out. I just want to contact the Senator's office. I know NOA2's been averaging about 165 days recently. I just did the average of last 15 approvals and it's more like 189 days. Argh.

No wait. Some jerk with a weird NOA1 farked this up. Argh. Let me try again. The average is 166 days. I'll contact the Senator tomorrow. I mean file the actual privacy form and wait couple of weeks like a good boy.
