I called. The first lady put in a service request and transfered me to some jerk. He sounded like an uneducated and unprofessional. Talked over me many times. I can't believe he's an immigration officer. Anyways, he also verified that I have no RFE so far. And told me to call me in 30 days. Turn me over and #### me up. More waiting. Time to get the senator's form cracking. I have it filled. Just gotta date it, sign it, scan it, email it. I should probably call the lady as I email this ####.

I'm sorry they were of no use to you,our 5 months passed on the 26th of septermber,just a day before yours, we didn't conact USCIS, cause we were told they'd be of no use, or try to tell us how we're still within the processing time somehow, we were intending to call our senator or congressman/woman but don't know what to write, if you could tell me what you wrote them or if you just filled some form they have that'd be of a great help, Thank you and goodluck!

No offense mate, but you're getting unduly worked up here... It's taking about 5 1/2 months since NOA1 date these days. I'd say mid-October is more realistic for your NOA2 ...

Btw, if you call the USCIS again, ask to talk to a Tier2 Immi Services Officer (ISO). The Tier1 folks are morons who read from a script. Tier2 is more able to give you some real answers ...

It pisses me off too... that an average time for a spouse of USC takes at least a year to immigrate to US....

and I have had friends on student visa who have gotten married and their spouses came to US immediately with them...

just so Frustrating...

Has anyone recieved a text for approval? What number was it recieved from. I put my husband's cell phone number to recieve the text and ofcourse he left his cell phone at home by accident today and i have been checking relentlessly. Lo and behold there is a text from 50498632593 that i can see online but ofcourse, neither of us can check cause he is at work and so am i. Nice.lol.

I just checked on USCIS that 30 cases behind my case no. has got approval on sep 27th. there were two of them. Feeling like I will be seeing mine soon.
