hey everyone how was your weekend, good i hope....anyway our update is that the women from CSC Ruth called as she said she would and she told me today that she gave our file and our evidence to the officer and she is working on it and she said omg you sent alot of evidence and it will take her till atleast thursday so wait til then.... anyway she will call me before if there is any other news so pray for us they speed this up and lets get going....hope you all have a great nite and more approvals....and may this journey go smoother...Inshaallah...God bless us all

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! Two people received their NOA2 on 20-SEP-2010. One April filer from 06-APR-2010 and one March filer. You you know what that means? It means 23.38% of April filers have received their NOA2 already. out of 77 filers, 18 have moved on to NVC. Congrats on them. Looks like they are working on the middle of April month. I'm hoping there will be some more NOA2 posted this week. Yay.

her name is Ruth mills and her direct number is 949-389-3213 she gave me this number it is to her phone at her desk sorry it took so long for me to get back wtih you....

No NOA2 for us yet...seeing that an April 6th filer got theirs, hoping that we are next. :wacko:

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent

2013-08-16: Conditions removed. 10 year Permanent Resident Card received
