-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

His timeline is showing up. Who is this "matthew and jessy" person. Someone boot him. He's messing up the beautiful timeline. There's always one weirdo on the recent most 15 approvals. That one guy who had NOA1 and NOA2 day on the same day finally fell off. now it's "matthew and jessy" argh.

All the April filers so far are taking on average of 135 days to be approved. But that's not a true average as at least a few of them were expedite. We can safely assume that anything that took less than 100 days is an expedite. Without the expedited cases, the average if 156 days. That means I'm due for approval toward the end of this month. Ayez.

Sweet!! thanks guys! we actually found out that our NOA1 is April 1 (the date when they received our file) eventhough the Receipt Date was March 25. Im going to update my timeline . But im so happy right now and for everyone who got approved alrdy, COnGratz!!

I thought the NOA-1 date was the 'receipt date' printed on the I-797-C, not anything else.

Maybe it's the same thing?

Im not sure. cuz we actually tried to request to expedite our case and we got a letter stating that our filing date was April 1 eventho my receipt date was March 25. Maybe im wrong. My bad. Anyways i dont care about it now , what matters to me is i got approved, lol. Btw the 2 girls in ur display picture are really adorable, they put a smile on my face :)
