25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013

NOA1: Nov 4th 2013

Letter for Biometrics recievied with Appt on 12/09/2013: Nov 18th 2013

Congrats JohnDoe12!!!!

After getting "touched" four times in as many days, my USCIS login still says "Initial Review". Looks like I am heading for a RFE!!!! That will be difficult to take care of as I am in China until October. Hope it's not true.

What can I do?

Congrats JohnDoe12!!!!

After getting "touched" four times in as many days, my USCIS login still says "Initial Review". Looks like I am heading for a RFE!!!! That will be difficult to take care of as I am in China until October. Hope it's not true.

What can I do?

Do Nothing and dont start jumping to conclusions. Mine said Initial Review for a day or two after I recieved approval. I never saw a touch. I would not concern yourself with that status page as I think its less than reliable. I never got a RFE either. Just becareful not to play these mind game it will make you nuts. :bonk::blush::blink:

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Can you mods edit those crappy timelines? It screws the whole predition off. Someone out to be able to removed timelines that we know are wrong.

Good morning everyone how are you doing today.....still waiting for Ruth to call back today and we got the e-mail yesterday that they got our eviedence so i am happy just waiting on this approval now....she said yesterday it might be by monday or tuesday before we here anything.....Inshaallah....God bless us....hope everyones day will be great....i will update as we go.....we got touched already today so that is great so far...

Sweet!! thanks guys! we actually found out that our NOA1 is April 1 (the date when they received our file) eventhough the Receipt Date was March 25. Im going to update my timeline . But im so happy right now and for everyone who got approved alrdy, COnGratz!!
