Good monrning my wonderfull vj family....I just wanted to update again.....Today i sent everything out and tomorrow they will get it i even called that women Ruth gave her my tracking number she is pulling our file and going to wait for my package to come.....and put it together...now i also got intouch with my senators aid and she has this info as well so she will make sure nothing goes wrong....hahhahahaha hope they are ready to read omg so much......so now just cross those fingers and toes and pray to God that they will process us quickly now and maybe by next week we will be approved....and for other info if you need to call the CSC congressional person in charge her name is Christina her phone number is 949-389-8097 and Ruth's number again is 949-389-3004 ask for her if you are over the processing time and she is goood to help you .....anyways have a good day and God bless........Inshaallah

Hope you get ur approval soon. How big was ur package. I am trying to gather stuff as well and see if I need anything else. I just wrote up small letters and have them signed by appropriate parties. Let me know if there is anything i should be aware of for the RFE package so I can gather all necessary items. Thanks.

thank you both very much and you just have to follow what they ask for nothing more nothing less and it does cost a bit here from VA the cost for almost 11 pounds was 64.00 so you might want to know that ....but if you dont have something you can write on paper why or what is the reason you dont have it but any documents you have to have like i said i had to wait to get mine from my old attorney for my final divorce and here in the states you would not have to have a judge sign off on it cos there is the seal....but they needed the judge to sign off on it that is what took so long...but other then that just send what they ask for dont forget to do it over nite and to have them sign for it when they pick it up...okie dokie

What i am doing is writing a letter for each topic that they asked for. Also providing pics, plane tickets, new passport copy (married name), phone bills, emails, notarized documents from parents, bank statements, employer letters etc. Hopefully that will be enough. BUT I PRAY I DONT GET THE RFE.

you will be fine just call CSC if you are over the processing time and call ruth or christina and you will be fine they will find your file and tell you....but you have to wait for that letter from them cos you need the blue hard copy that they send you before you send it....and it has to be on the top....but you seem to have everything you need dont worry it will be fine....i was panicing to but it will be fine....i felt so much better after sending it and so will you

"Touched" again! They must be working on Fridays and Mondays now. Maybe they are finishing up on March filers. We will see what happens in the next few days.

Giving me tips and making me feel that i can do it without a lawyer. My wife has her Interview date of OCTOBER 20. I know God is with us, but Its in her hands now. I've done all I can do. With the help of many people in this group, I manage to do what seemed impossible before I joined this group. I know I've been gone for awhile but after I got my NOA2, I had to really focus to kick that can across the finish line. Thank you all so very much. I was truly lucky to find this wonderful group.

Maraming salamat po. I really appreciate your prayers. I pray also for you and your wife. I like the NVC process much better than the USCI process. This entire month has been good to us in spite of some really tough times in the previous months. I just thank God for the much welcomed good news. As from what u can see in this post, I am having a hard time sleeping from the excitement.
