I hope Mattidil is right, but, realistically, it took them 2 months or more to get through March filers, and they aren't even done yet! How on earth in the next 2 weeks can they get through April, when at the most only half a dozen have been approved?

Kev, baby, March is pretty much done. The only ones who remain are the ones with RFE. What's that? You want proof. Fine.

See the red horizontal line. That's pretty much in line with previews few months. No month ever gets 100% done, ever. A few of Marcher's are left. I feel sorry for them. Hopefully, they'll start to sip in as time goes. It's time for April's bar to start increasing. I just hope none of us are one of the unlucky ones that are stuck outside the 5 months limit.

I agree with the 100% never obtained, but remember, there have not been many April approved. Why is that? and it did take them forever to get through March. Again, my wife is approved, whe will be coming before my step son since he will be finishing his sememster at school there, but, his still is not approved, and I know that I will receive an RFE for him because I did not send his BC, as required. I am not only concerned with his progress, but the many other people in April, that are in that same position. Something just isn't right here. I don't know what it is and we can guess and contribute ideas to many things that are causing delays, but I really believe it's time that some truthful answers are provided to those that are waiting. Quite simply, why have I not received and RFE yet? I fully expect to. It is clear as black and white to me.. To me it means that it has not been touched yet. and tomorrow it will be 5 months!

Of the 28 remaining from March, two of them are same same application. Why they created two user names and two timelines, I do not know. So there's really 27 remaining applications. Of that, one has been approved; but, didn't bother to fill out the timeline. Three hasn't logged in since April to VJ. If we assume they were approved, there's only really 23 outstanding apps left. One user's banned. If we assume this app's also approved, there's only 22 apps left. One app got RFE, so 21 apps left now which I couldn't find any information about. Let's conservatively say only 8 of those 21 were approved but we don't know about them. So there only about 12 applications left from March that hasn't been approved yet. The point is the month of March is in the book for all I and you know. Those unlucky ones that remain have gotten RFE which will delay their whole process. See the table below.

Date on NOTE column indicates last activity date on VJ.

Now April is starting up. Already about 15% of all the April's applications have been approved. This is cause enough to be optimistic.

The point is that and maybe you can pull up some info on this..... how long did it take "March" to get through? How many April filers have been approved? Why did we go from seeing like 10 approvals a week to 2 or 3?, for like the last 3 weeks! Am I just missing the boat on this?

This again indicates that Aprillers should be done by the end of Setember, 2010. This is probably too optimisitc. But hell, does this look good or what?

If I really worked for USCIS and I had access to just the minimal amount of data, I think I could've created a lot of transparency about the whole process. Oh well...

It looks like TPS (Temporary Protected Status) for Honduras/Nicaragua and TPS for El Salvador huge volume (I-821, I-765) screwed up the entire USCIS process for the last month.

When I enter the receipt# backwards (subtracting the numbers), I fed up seeing full load of these applications.

"Touched" again! They must be working on Fridays and Mondays now. Maybe they are finishing up on March filers. We will see what happens in the next few days.
