hello everyone!!! well i talked to NVC again today and they told me my case arrived there but it isn't in the system yet and told me to call in a week or a week in a half. lol.. the guy also told me that my case might not be expedited because of my mom's condition. that it has to be a medical comdition about myself or my wife and not a third party. he told me to send the information anyway. i told him the UScis approved it because of my mom but he said that there isn't a policy based on that. who knows!!!! i will try anyway and see if it goes through. i need to scan it through. he ntold me i didn't need my case number and to send things anyway wth my uscis number.

It's good to send out everything at once, but when we send RFE reply ..... it's not necessary that the same immigration officer will examine the docs for RFE reply......who has sent out RFE letter...........and that's where the mind game comes in..one thinks to send RFE and other thinks everything is OK....because not everyone thinks the same....

So this time they will just look at it quickly and will send you approval.....

Thats great Marie. You know success is never measured by the ups and downs. What counts is the results of your efforts and the best way to get positive result is persistence. Just keep plugging away and eventually you will succeed. You also will learn alot along the way...

My husband called USCIS today. Even though we are passed the 5 month processing time, the Agent told him we are still within the "normal processing time" (her quote) and to call back end of the month or early October. My husband asked should we be hearing something before then and I guess she was really cryptic and just kept saying "within normal processing times"
