good morning everyone sorry for no updates but me and my husband have been working hard for these past days we are printing and doing omg almost 4 years of everything so they will be very sorry they will wish the hell they never bothered us at all and i hope they leave us alone after this and do there job and get my husband over here with no more problems.....anyway we want to say CONGRATSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to all our family who got there approvals and my God speed your journey...Inshaallah......God bless

Usually senator's office that serves your state, will have information on their website. But you can just call in and ask for person to whom you can talk about immigration issues..........

Ok! Ok! Ok! I contacted my honorable Senator's office to talk to one such lady. She looked CSC's processing time and told me it's has only been 4 months and 8 days. I should wait until 5 months are over. Then I can contact her again. This all makes so much sense. I'm not really anxious about this whole case yet. Just wanted to call the Senator, which I have never done so in my life. I feel accomplished and somehow a bit more citizen-y now.

I part of me believes that I will get my the NOA2 this month. There hasn't been any touch on my case. Though I know touches aren't the end-all-be-all of approval, it does definitely dampen my optimism. This coupled with recent dry spell in approvals are a bit disorientating. I cannot properly plan for my vacation as this is pending. And trust me fools, I need a vacation just about now.

So, why don't you try to escalate to Tier 2 ISO? But, if you look at closely, Tier 1 will transfer to Tier 2 in certain circumstances

Got transferred to Tier 2 last week. But during call today, this USCIS "person" would not transfer me. I asked several times.

That is the frustrating part, among other things.

30 days interval needed to transfer to Tier 2 after the last call.

Thanks, Loto! That gives me a better perspective on this so called process. Hitting the 5 month mark a couple of days ago had me down for a few days. I'm better now. Not necessarily happy about it, but better.

Greg like i said earlier, i dont expect anything till the week of sep 13th. So just hang in there and then call to see the status.
