I disagree somewhat. They specifically state in the article that "those that were on a path to citizenship", I'm assuming that might include k1, cr1/ir1.... Since many Illegals try to take the short path. Then again, Vacation is over after labor day...... so maybe we will start seeing something next Tues, I sure hope I'm wrong and see something this week though.

those that were on some K-1 path , are what- overstays in USA, either after marriage or EWI before current filings?

CR-1/IR-1 path - sorry, disagree - those need 'consular interviews' and if they are in the USA, is not any type of CR-1/IR-1 visa for them.

remember - these were people who were already tagged to be deported. Most were EWI, as well.

How else could they be "on a path to immigrating" if not through some type of fiancee or spouse visa?

Paid AOS Bill : 8/04/2010 ( Paid Invoice electronically )

AOS shown as paid : 8/05/2010

Mailed DS-3032 : 8/05/2010

Mailed I-864 pkg : 8/06/2010

NVC Receive i-864 : 8/09/2010

NVC Receive DS-3032 : 8/09/2010

IV Bill (available for pay): 8/20/2010

IV Bill Paid : 8/20/2010

IV Bill Shows Paid! : 8/23/2010 (just waitin for the docs from my wife now) should be here next week!

Received Checklist 9/28/2010 (said PCC not in correct format)

Case Complete 10/13/2010 ( have not received replacement PCC from wife yet to send into NVC, How can this be?) I'm not complaining!

PS As of 9/11/2010, USCIS website still not updated, shows NOA-1 date and... blah blah blah. don't count on them folks.

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

29-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview letter on hand

01-SEP-2017 -:- N400 interview date - Interview passed

so then to get to the underlying question.....you are assuming that there are Adjudicators for k1's, separate Adjudicators for cr1/ir1's, and then those for AOS?

I just noticed my NOA 1, 797C dated June 1st, that has no priority date, but a receive date of May 25th. Which date should I use to start the 5 month count down.

Also I noticed that it only gives the beneficiary's first name and last name but no middle name, is that common - or should I be worried ?

Start date would be May 25th. Dont worry about the middle name issue. I called and they emailed me saying that its not a problem as USCIS doesn't usually have middle names on 797C.

You all should watch 'Cross Over' Movie.......man....we are crying for what ??? .... we are going to get indefinitely someday for what we all are waiting today.....but those illegal immigrants who really have same dreams like us......their life is misrealble......full of crime, poverty, illiteracy and more over other takes advantages of this ruthless situation...and try to blakmail all of those illegals...at work, at immigration ... just about everywhere.....

so don't cry...over your pending petition..since it applies to me as well, I won't say a word on approval anymore until I get it......just wait...it will be there someday soon for sure.....good luck :)
