we got touched twice in a row on our I-129f and in our I-130 08/25...i hope we will have good news soon.

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Good morning everyone omg i can not believe how these people work in USCIS they are full of ###### omg we got an e-mail thismorning i am still crying from it they said they needed more evidernce omg when they got the file and took the money they should have sent this out when they looked at the case...but lazy they are and now we have to wait more...i wrote my senator to see if they can find out what papers they need i will over nite it to CSC and i am still waiting for Ruth to call me and myabe i can overnite it to her.....all this time not right this is sick they do this to people....i am soooooooooooooooooooooooo:o:o:o in shock from how these people work...anyway now we know....have a good day everyone.....as many times as they touched our case in 5 months and they never said a word my heart is in my mouth... more months from my husband omg i can not bare this.....

sorry to hear that marie. Did u take a look at the thread "Request for Evidence"? I think you should just in case. I looked at that thread and started collecting all the documents mentioned in that document. I dont know but I have a really bad feeling about this that i might (hoping not) will get a RFE as well. But I should be ready with the documents when i go back to see my wife next friday. Will have her sign like 10 letters and also bring back a lot of things as proofs.

Again sorry to hear about ur RFE but good luck and have patience.

sorry to hear that marie. Did u take a look at the thread "Request for Evidence"? I think you should just in case. I looked at that thread and started collecting all the documents mentioned in that document. I dont know but I have a really bad feeling about this that i might (hoping not) will get a RFE as well. But I should be ready with the documents when i go back to see my wife next friday. Will have her sign like 10 letters and also bring back a lot of things as proofs.

I thought the original is needed for the interview only....unless they request it. Hopefully this is the only think they may need from you. Good luck and I'm hoping for some resolution for you....and the rest of us waiting anxiously.

You soul. You still have it: They want it. And it better be an original soul. No copies allowed. Even certified and notorized copies not allowed.

Ruth called me and told me that i needed to send in more evidence so i ask her what do i need she said i dont know but she had my case so who knows but she told me it will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks omg this is crazy they have nothing better to do....i told her if she told me i could overnite it and still she would not tell me damn...anyway i will update you on what i find out from the senators office thank you all for listening.....
