just for everyones info i will share with you what i was told about the 1-800 USCIS number when you escalate your call to an officer they are not like an officer that can see what the supervisors at the CSC or VSC can do they just see another screen that shows them what time frame and status you have to wait and they can see what the Services centers are really up to on there dates but they are not to give out any info that will benifit you...it is like a decoy for the service centers until they are done with your processing of your files....i also found out that nothing with your new petitions have anything to do with your new ones unless there is a mager threat if you know what i mean....it is better to just wait the time of the 5 months and do call USCIS 1-800 number to document the calls so when you do call CSC or VSC you will have the option to tell them you have done everything to find out what is going on with your case and that is when they will help you .......but this is the way to go and wait til your time is up so they have no excuses or choice but to help you...cos they see it as a annoyance when you call to soon....but do get your senator or congressman involed if you need to like at the 4 month mark just to keep them on there toes...

what i mean is that your old I-129F petitions that you file and sent back to uscis with a denial have nothing to do or have any conflict with another I-129F or a I-130 petiton that you file that is what i meant i am sorry for the incorrect spelling but if you need to know anything else i will be more than happy to explain

what i mean is that your old I-129F petitions that you file and sent back to uscis with a denial have nothing to do or have any conflict with another I-129F or a I-130 petiton that you file that is what i meant i am sorry for the incorrect spelling but if you need to know anything else i will be more than happy to explain

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

Every time I come here to see the progress and hear "I got my NOA2" I am shocked by the lack of activity. I almost want to apologize to those who have been waiting for so long. I really wish for you a speedy second half of this process. Good Luck and hang in there. It will be worth it and the wait insignificant years from now. I know that's not much help today. :blush: For what its worth Best of Luck to well you know who you are!!! :thumbs:

I'm hoping from all the bits and pieces that I've read through all the posts that the USCIS, NVC and consulates are running slow due to vacation time and perhaps they'll pick things up right after Labour Day. And then I see all this terrorist ####### going on in Canada and other countries, plus the US economy looks shaky again, makes me wonder if all those issues factor in. More in depth checks, what country you're from, slowing down the immigrant influx due to the job capacity/economy in the States. This is all speculate and bullshit on my part, but after awhile, you start pulling at straws to make sense of things, like I'm obviously doing, lol.

2010-03-27: I-130 sent

2010-09-23: NOA2

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent

2013-08-16: Conditions removed. 10 year Permanent Resident Card received
