Well, my husband is on his way over for the evening...maybe he'll bring some good news. *fingers crossed*

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent

2013-08-16: Conditions removed. 10 year Permanent Resident Card received

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

There's no news on our I-130 but what we got instead is I-797c of our I-129f yesterday..we're thinking maybe they set aside our application for 5 months coz they probably didn't know what to do with it because we sent them tons of papers at the same time?. We sent both I-130 and I-129f at the same time and we only received the I-130 NOA1...i dunno what 's going on now and what to expect.. coz we thought we're gonna be on cr1 route..(sigh) does it mean that since we just got the noa1 of I-129f that we have to wait for months to get noa2? even if they received our papers on march 15?

no, not yet..i'm kinda scared to call them..i don't want to irritate them or piss them off.. i just checked the uscis website and i got a touched 8/24..

I second John and think you should call them tomorrow if you don't hear from them before then. The main message might just have it as well. That won't make them mad since you are only asking what it means and not telling them that they must approve you post haste. :thumbs:

Y r u scared? Don't be. Its their goal to get applications completed within 5 months and I think our right to know What's going on after that period has ended. Just call and check y u were given noa2 for i129 instead

:blink: I hope you are joking about me joking :blink: . I thought I was suppose to glue the barcode on each document so that it could be easily scanned. I read it on one of the wiki instructions. It said to make sure not to use tape because it causes problems with the scanner. I must find it.

:rofl::rofl: Who is zooming Who? I'm not joking :no:. I know that on the short cut is spoke of making your own bar-code and gave instructions on how to do it. But then they started putting it on the cover letter so it wasn't really necessary anymore. The only bar-code needed with the pkgs was to have the cover letter with existing bar-code that we printed out from the Pay online page. I dont think what you did will be a problem . I did put the NVC number on the upper right hand corner of each page of my documents.

I think were are both good to go. Well have to go bar-code man ... :P ... Personally I am a numbers guy..haha
