Subject: Case # WAC 10-160-

To Inquiry Personnel,

I filed an I-130 petition for immediate relative on March 12,2010. As of today I still have not recieved any notification in regards to the petition.

I have contacted the National customer service center and was advised that I had to wait until the petition has passed your national goal processing time of five (5) months. This unfortunately will be tomorrow. I would ask that someone in your office, Look into the status of the petition and notify me by email as soon as possible.

Thank you for the assistance,

Anthony D Diggs

OK so it has now been 10 days since the IV package was input into the AVR. It has been 22 days since the AOS was input into the AVR. TeyaValentina, you currently are passed the 6-8 week timeframe which I've been told by NVC that they have never seen it pass that. Care to share what is going on? LingChe Shortcut says 21 days realistically and I followed it to a T, overnighted everything and sent in everything same day it was received. I had all forms and required docs sent by my wife early, so I could direct overnight send to the NVC instead of my wife mailing it and it getting to them in 3-5 days. Hopefully that helps. Latest given interview for Manila is 9/3 by some of our VJ people. So, you can expect your Manila interview will be 3-12 weeks after that date.

Does anyone know how long it takes to have the DS 3032 processed? I got the AOS billed and paid it already, mailed the I 864 already as well. They received the 3032 on 8/9 but it hasn't been processed yet, and no IV bill has been generated. I'm starting to panic!

Don't panic, I'm in the exact same situation, got the ds-3032 on the same day. I called NVC because I did not hear anything from them about that, and they told me it takes 10-15 days.... for what???? to key in a couple of entries on a piece of paper? For goodness sakes, the damn thing in barcoded, how difficult could it be........ ahhhh, I feel better now, I vented here rather then to the NVC call center.

kevinandangel- I haven't been able to send off either packet yet. So my NVC time clock is on hold. The 21 days in LingChe is only applicable when the NVC isn't super backlogged like it has been for a while now. It seems to be thinning a little but your SIF countdown started when they input that all of your documents were received (or 10 days ago). Before, you would've had a SIF pretty soon but since they are behind-it could be anywhere from now to 7 more weeks of waiting :(.

Question: " So, you can expect your Manila interview will be 3-12 weeks after that date."- Is this directed at me or are you figuring things out loud? Just wondering because if it is to me- My husband is from Peru :). If you are thinking out loud, your interview will most likely be scheduled within a month's time from when you get your SIF/CC. Unless for some reason they get super backed up in the PI and make people wait longer for interviews (which I hope doesn't happen for all of you PI members...or anyone else for that matter).

I hope that made sense. I am too tired to proof read/make sure I am correcting my "what the heck did she just say" statements. If it didn't make sense, just let me know and I will correct myself at a later time today

I hope to hear some good news from someone today!!! C'mon good news!!!!!
