You can look at it everyday. What do you mean by you wish you could look at it everday?

I looked at it everyday for nearly 3.5 months. Well, girlfriend, no more. I refuse to let USCIS status page put me on a bad mood everyday. I'll check it once or twice over the next few months.

Loto it looks like you are going to get approve soon as I see four touches to your CR1... :P I really hope everybody gets approve soon...This waiting drama wont let us enjoy our everyday life..I am serious, I got little upset the other day when my wife mentioned something about somebody else got their VISA or some...wateva.....I hung up...PISSED me off...lolz..It was kinda more of a drama..so she will not think about doing it again...:P

Davis1, I think touch is fooling me :star: I understand this waiting frustration, it really sucks! I experienced it in the past when my wife daily asked about NOA2 after I-130 packet mailed out. But this time, it is ok. No asking, she knows it is 4 to 6 months wait :star:

After getting the help here, research yourself on the matter to conclude the facts. Still not convinced? Get legal help from "expert" attorney, not to jeopardize your case! :rofl: Hahaha I love this....!!!!

Probably, I will be the first client of this "expert" attorney, since it is second GC. I am prepared for any RFE from USCIS/NVC or AP at Consulate Interview.

Oh man, the best ones charge $600 per hour!!! But I am ready to pay it, if required.

But, for simple matters like what should I fill Q22 of this form, attorney is not needed :star:

All case related inquiries must be addressed to the NCSC first. A customer service representative should be able to assist you when you call the above toll-free number.

As a courtesy, we would like to inform you that USCIS electronic records indicate that your application/petition was filed on March 26, 2010 and is currently within current processing time. We are currently processing cases filed within 5 months of filing.

The status of your case may be obtained online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do.

I think you are correct. IMO, based on this e-mail, its 5 months from the date USCIS received your case. So I would start calling them actually on next Thursday (August 26, 2010).
