I'm just a week short of 4 months mark for I-130 filed. I'm not freaking out yet. I don't think I should at least until I cross over the VJ timeline. I wish there was another such site as Visa Journey. Then we could've cross referenced out junks. I hope Yayha_Marie gets some good news in couple of days, however.

thank you for all your support everyone.....i am hoping to that they will approve our I-130 this week.....I already e-mailed the Senator's Aid and I already called CSC and i am waiting on both of them to get back to me....what I dont understand is all this ####### with this fiance petition.....my husbands interview was in january 2010 it is well over six months and they sent already two months ago they were putting it in storage and filed away...this dont make sense...they send me anotther leter yesterday dated on the 20th july saying it is closing for validity time has gone...well ok and then on the status for it it is still ppst decision activity .....lets get real here people...if they denied us and they sent it back why dont they just freakin closed that and get on with the new one....I just dont want nothing to intterfear with our I-130 petition now....omg ....the problem with USCIS they dont know there assssssssssssss from there lebow omg they need to do what is right close out the denials and get on with the new....anyway we are still waiting....

so everyone wont be confused this is me and my husband we just put our names opposite but to make you know which one is who....

whe you see the name marie_yahya .......it is me the wife marie

when you see yahya_marie it is my husband .......yahya we love vj cos it gives us so much to learn from and it helps with the support and we know that we have many who understand and realize what it truely means to love and to need someone you love.....anyway this is my morning news lol have a good day....

This is pre formatted form which they have prepared for this kind of purposes. What you sent to them is basically the same thing. They just need something in written from you that you are authorizing it. :)

I think we just have to wait for 5 whole months.......haha atleast I have prepared my self for that. And this Nov-Dec when My wife will visit me, I am sure by that time my visa process will not have been finished. So in other words she has to travel back alone.....which she hates and this time me too.....
