I need news, if only for my husbands sanity. now that he is home, he is getting very sick of me asking whether he checked the mail. :D

He has offered the following threat "If you don't stop asking every five seconds, I WILL call and wake you up if I get the letter while you're ASLEEP!"... and since I hate getting woken up more than anything, that's a pretty good threat

So I'll keep quiet to hubby, and bother you fine people instead.... Come on USCIS where's my NOA2?

kruz they are on march 24th. they already have filled their timeline that the NVC has received but didn't put that they were approved. they also said they received everything else also. it is becca's67 number 68 at this moment on igor's list.

I'm getting closer and closer to my VJ timeline prediction. August 20th. Realistically I don't think I would receive my NOA2 in a week. I'd jump in joy if I did. But I probably won't. USCIS is just getting started on April filers. I'm later April filer. I regret not filing after the day I came to US. I waited a month or so after the wedding because I didn't want to mess with paper works. I just wanted to have fun. And I did. Oh well, as long as, hopefully, I get my NOA2 in the next month or so...

disco we have no problem wiith that but let's hope we get more than one this week april filer so at least we feel they are really getting to us. don't get me wrong i am happy for at least one april filer. i was talking to an immigration lawyer yesterday and he said thet they are averaging 5-6 months on approvals and twelve weeks in NVC. he told me it will be a year when she gets in here. iw as very disappointed. he said there is nothing to do because we are at their mercy.

It does look like NVC is getting their act together and finally completing cases. i just saw some more getting done. with the amount of cases that have been approved in the last three months, they should be really getting caught up so hopefully things we been done quicker. i know that september 30th is the year end of Uscis and they probably wills tart really pushing these petitions out..

If 30-SEP-2010 is USCIS's year end, they will mostly likely push to have as many cases completed as they can. 27-SEP-2010 will be my 5 months mark. Hopefully, I will have my NOA1 a bit earlier than that. Man! Why did USCIS had to slow down just when I filed for my craps. Argh.

Well my VJ family my appointment with USCIS local office is this monday at 1:45 pm. We are now at 152 days and still going without any word from our beloved USCIS. I will post what happen at my appointment when I get done on Monday. Have a good weekend everyone and God Bless.
