I don't think contacting your senator or the obudsman will make any difference until you are PAST the timeframe. posted is 5 months, usually is 6. However, if enough people were to call and complain based on the previous history, it is possible that they would be annoyed enough to "get rid of the annoyance" and just start approving....who knows.......

Case Complete 10/13/2010 ( have not received replacement PCC from wife yet to send into NVC, How can this be?) I'm not complaining!

PS As of 9/11/2010, USCIS website still not updated, shows NOA-1 date and... blah blah blah. don't count on them folks.

OH I am ready for it. I am really hoping to see something really soon. i am coming to India on Sep 3rd, so want to get the approval so i can at least pay the AOS and IV bill before i go there. That way i can get the PCC for my wife and have all the documents ready to go for NVC. All wishful thinking right now.

well the first april was approved and i would really like to find out how they were approved? someone needs to tell rebecca and fidencio that they don't belong in march still as not approved. they were but didn't fill in the timeline correctly............
