The user has put wrong dates in NOA-2 columns............His case at NVC has been completed on 11th august 2010. And that's what he put as NOA-2 date as well.

I thought at first that it could be the case of RFE......but then I looked at his timeline and it reveals the typo.

So USCIS is not retrogressing.....lol...

NO! They are just not moving at all! At least before I was excited "someone got approved!" Now?

Looks like on of a sudden there is a STOP in getting new approvals......Some marcher's are still left.....No NOA since last 1.5 week.....wow...plz pick it up......what's going on ?

A creeping new feeling is creeping in me. What if, after all of this commotion about immigration, legal immigration is completely halted? Then my wife and many of your spouses will never be able to come to America to join you. Our only options left would be to divorce or move out of America. Can USCIS put us in such dire situation? I'm fasting, so my stomach is already churning. Now thinking about this it's turning even more. What a disastrous feeling this is!

i agree with you marie_yahya...it's really not right..it's so unfair most of the march filers already got their approval..and we're left behind..the more time it took it's becoming more painful.. i hope the uscis won't prolong the agony..its been too much time :( what's going on? i hope we get lucky today

Others have called asking and they were told WAIT. That what you are calling normal is not the case. It all depends on volume. But you should call yourself so you can hear it from the horsed mouth... It seems like I just queaked through. Rumor has it that Haiti and perhaps Chile has been affecting the workload.

this is killing us!!! don't they believe in God? don't they nkow what goes around comes around? seperating us for several months from simply being with our loved ones! denying our right given by God! America is not heaven!!! we simply wanna be with our loved ones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

please did anybody talk to USCIS about this??? what did they tell you? did any talk to the senator? isn't there a human rights organization we can talk to? isn't there anyone who can control this?

It's so unfair that people get approved in two months and people get to wait more! I wanna be with my wife and son in christmas!! I dont wanna lose hope on that!!! but I think with this problem, it seems impossible :(! please let's keep on calling USCIS! all they told me is that I should wait til 5 months process is over!!! I cant wait til that! I almost close to 4 months and it's driving me nuts!!! people who exceeded their 5 months! please call USCIS and let us know whats going on please!!! we need to get this moving A-SAP!!!!!!

hey everyone nothing again in the mail.....you know whats funny that USCIS is running to many jobs for this office and not enough workers or not enough workers who give a damn to do there job right... the way i feel is this even if they dont like that immigrants come to america which by the way they were the ones who made it what it is today....hint hint... anyways they should still do there job to the fullest otherwise why work there.....well duhhhhhhhhhhh the money is good so they take a job they dont really want or the people that are involved so this is what it looks like when they are over paid and dont give a ######.....anyway sorry for this but that is how i feel i ahve worked many places and this just beats it all....maybe they sit around saying.....how many cases you have well i have 200 and you i have about 180 ok so you want to go to luch first or smoke a cig...you know these people can wait we have enough people in america already (this is the bullshit talk with ) PREDUDICE they think we dont know but alot of Americans are like that and so here we are waiting cos some workers dont care...if i am not making sense i am sorry but this is what i think they do at the job..... and me knowing my family came frim Italy and they worked hard to have many things....in my opinion GOD MADE THE WORLD WITH ALL PEOPLE THAT BLEED THE SAME AND SHOULD LIVE TOGETHER HE DID NOT MAKE COUNTRIES TO SEPARTE US JUST TO LEARN AND EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT THINGS....GOD SAYS TO LOVE EVERYONE NOT WHO YOU WANT TO LET IN OR WHO LOVES EACHOTHER....there are many couples i know that are married got the visas and both are working two jobs never seeing eachother or they are giving the visas to the wrong people who are not going to do the right things and it makes it bad for the rest...... when is this gorvernment going to stop putting money and riches before its people.....where is ....WE THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE.... and who at the visa center or the embassys to say who is in love or not cos how would they know and on top of that there are people in America who meet today and marry tomorrow where did they ask about what they have in common huh omg i am so mad.... the usa needs to do the right thing for the people.... anyway i hope and pray tomorrow....thank you for listening to me and for not taking this personnal USCIS....HAHA
