You have to wait until the invoice is posted on the Auto payment page. Then pay by using your checking account info online or you can use the mail in option. Remember to email or send in your DS 3032.. I am still waiting on their acknowledging receipt of that one.

i took this off the beacon. the uscis gov blog. We've heard a number of rumors circulating about the help USCIS is providing to those affected by the earthquake in Haiti. Three of the most common rumors are listed below and followed by the facts:

Rumor #1 - People may fly to Haiti to bring back one adult and one child.

The facts: Only those who are otherwise eligible to be admitted in a valid immigration status or have been granted humanitarian parole will be allowed to enter the United States lawfully from Haiti. Anyone traveling to Haiti to bring family to the United States should confirm that their relative falls within one of these categories before making the difficult journey.

Rumor #2 - You can pay someone $5000 (or any amount) to get a visa for your family in Haiti.

The facts: People may seek to take advantage of visa applicants by offering to obtain the visa for $5000 or some other sum of money. No one can guarantee that paying $5000 (or any amount) for their assistance will result in the granting of a visa for a family member in Haiti. To protect yourself from becoming a victim of immigration fraud, please see our "Don't Be a Victim of Immigration Fraud" webpage.

Rumor #3 - USCIS will delay adjudication of any non-Haitian applications and petitions.

The facts: USCIS had taken steps to allocate all available resources to handle the influx of Haiti TPS/earthquake relief-related applications while continuing to process its pre-existing workload. There may be some delays due to the increased workload generated by the Haiti relief efforts, but USCIS is processing applications received from all applicants and petitioners

Well I dont want to sound heartless but what a bunch of bull. There are natural disasters every year in many places on this planet. Haiti's biggest problems have nothing to do with the earthquake...JMO

Yeah but when you think about it, most of them lost everything, people that they loved, this is something they will never get back... At least, we ll get to be with the people we love sooner or later.. I mean, that is killing me too to be away from my wife for so long, i just wish they would deal with us and haiti at the same time! And they could hire people if it s too much work, that will reduce unemployment!

And if your real lucky, you will find a dr close to your home or interview at the embassy. Don't forget about the travel costs to the interview and medical.

The medical is in Toronto (from what I hear) which is only about an hour from where I live. The consulate is in Montreal which is about 7 hours from me. I luckily have relatives that live fairly close to Montreal so hotel won`t be a factor.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

Making our voices heard:

We are/or will be, contacting our senators/congressmen regarding the delays. The problem is that they here one complain and do the regular inquiry and just relay the response back.

Is there a way to gather all pending 130s petitioner by state. With election year coming up, it would much powerful if bunch of us went up to our respective senator as a group. And can replicate that in different states all the same time.

I am all for helping the Haitians, but increase my fee and hire an additional person. This is total discrimination. We are so enslaved by immigration that we don't raise our voices.

If any of you are in DC/MD/VA area please reply to me. I would like to go to our senators as a group and talk about this issue. With elections coming up in Nov, I know they will listen to us.

I am not contradicting, you may try for all the options. But even the first lady is also helpless in immigration matters.

I personally don't like this big delay by USCIS to bring our spouses to the U.S. At least they should make it faster to bring US citizen's spouses. A brand new H1B guy can bring his/her spouse along with him/her immediately in H4 dependent visa.

Sorry if I hurt you any ways!

Loto
