Thanks Tom. I appreciate the kind words but to be honest it is wearing on me now. like i have said before if they would approve one april filer i would be ok. but we are still waiting and waiting for the april filers.

I hear you but you know as well as I do that once they approve one it will not be OK. We want more!!!

I really think the Haiti thing is swamping the USCIS & NVC... I just hope they do give away the farm and only allow temp short term immigration. I feel for the suffering but not to the point that I am willing to suffer for them.

Sorry Teya... I will provide him with earplugs that should make a difference. Also sorry you can not find a sponsor. Perhaps you husband has a skill and you can find him a job where the employer would promise to hire him. I know how sometimes the helpless feelings can be difficult to deal with. I was helpless the first 7 years of my first marriage. For real... :hehe: The NVC told me I might have a problem also because I am not working. I hope that's not going to be the case. IF it is I will deal with it at that time. It will not be quietly though... :rofl::devil:

so i just setup my account with uscis :-P i thought i did a while back but fiddling with the page i guess i didnt, but i now can setup email/text alerts and see the last updated date. So is this what everyone is calling a touch?? the date where it was last updated?? If so i haven't been touched since 4/22 and it's been 4 months since i sent the thing in... any new NOA2's yet???

It has been exactly 100 days today since I received my NOA1. I need to celebrate this somehow. It's a milestone. I hope I receive my NOA2 in 15 days. Yeah right! I won’t probably get it in August. Oh well, can’t to ish about it. The fasting month of Ramadhan is coming. This month goes by really quickly. By the time it’s over, I hope I will have my NOA2. Then I can do the NVC dance like everyone for a while. Then Consulate dance. And finally, it will be time for me to go meet my wife. Once she has her VISA and everything. Good luck to me and to you, too.

I understand your frustration Indigo. Try to keep your head up. Thats what VJ members are here for, you'll never be alone.

I had the chance to file end of Jan 2010 but didn't. Got caught up with work and filed late Feb with NOA1 of March. If I filed Jan my NOA2 would have been in 60-70days but it ended up being over 100days. At the same time, a local friend filed 1st week of Feb and arrived here early July. Heck, even some of the early Feb filers were lucky compared to the latter half...

Things happen for a reason. Each has their own case, their time and place. You'll get there, believe in it.

hey everyone just an update i got the mail today and nothing agin......now i am soooo worried and upset this is damn stupid that they would do this to people and let them wait like this....anyway hope someone else got it today.....Congrats to all...keep me and my husband in your thoughts thank you
