ravens go to your name at the top and you will see the drop down arrow and it says timeline add or edit and just add it and put all your info in.

Jd how many RFE's in march do you know about? i saw you said to someone about theor RFE. a person that was toward the end of March.

Jd how many RFE's in march do you know about? i saw you said to someone about theor RFE. a person that was toward the end of March.

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

claita and mounny have an rfe also. so there are two that were looked at and need more info. so to me that wipes out another two. there aren't that many left iin march so april should be on its way.

It seems like several Marchers got hit with RFE's. :(.

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

Okay I just got off the phone with a USCIS rep named Jason. And of course I got the same run around. He told me that I am still within the normal processing timeframe and that I need to wait until after my 8 days and if I still have not received a notice to call back. He also said that even if I call then, there is not much they can do because the wait time on the website is only an estimated average.

:crying::angry: so here is my question, why in the hell would they even post the timeframe if they themselves don't even know.

When it hits the 5 months, that is the time to speak to the immigration officer and not the telephone operator. The officer can move things while the operator just feeds you script. I hope it doesn't come down to that though. Best of luck! :thumbs:
