March 2010 CR1 filers

hopefully next week we will see something. I doubt we will see any april filers get approved this week. the reason being they are now mailing the approvals and the online notification doesn't seem to work.

I like your thoughts...... but I'm thinking more on what they are gonna say......... Hold the other case until this one gets thru. Even though both were filed on the same day, one was accepted the other was not..... ( my fault ), only sent $355.00....... should have sent $710....... so they approved hers (noa-1), but denied his. ofcoarse our super efficient mailing system here delivers the bad news on the day before a holiday..... so I send out the payment next day (overnight) with letter and a complete copy of original package urging them to link the two together. and this is what I get...... Don't misunderstand me, I'm happy my wife has the approval, but I'm stressed that my step son does not...... maybe we can just pin a note to his head like what is mentioned on the Jeff Foxworthy....cd..... lol........ hello........"Here's your sign"!

you know what is funny throughout all of this. if we just would see one april approval that is normal processing i think everyone would go crazy.

I have a really good feeling that next week we will definitely see at least one if not more April filers get approved.

indigo what bothers me is that a week from sunday is the 15th already. so this means next week starts the middle of the month already. by the time the monday comes around we will have two weeks from there basically. so i am april 19th and youa re after me. i do not know what to say about this at all.

I agree with you guys. I am already at 4 months and 2 days of waiting. So if i dont get anything by next week, I am going to be freaking out.

Hey Heather. I have been doing that for the past two weeks. Also checking the mails everyday but dont know what is going on. Just hope we get it this week or next week at the latest. Also once we get the approval, we still have to worry about NVC which has slowed down even more. Haven't seen one sign in failed lately. So that is not good news for us waiting here.

They gotta be doing some work on April.....there is not that many March left..... I think they notification system has collapsed, or more likely, they told the adjudicators not to post. I would certainly think by late tonight or tomorrow, we are going to see some April NOA's......

i don't know kevin. last year the same thing happened. no one received their emails at all on the system. they all came in the mail but everyone was getting theres but what was funny was 4 of us in florida never received ours for a while then all 4 of us received ours days a part. but i had heard that the south took longer but whether that was true or not i have no idea.

yea, but remember what you said about the end of the year for USCIS in September....... How can they just stop but yet meet there quota....... many now are getting close to the 5 month goal. There are very few people getting notified by email or text..... they have to be in April by now. I know it's a stretch.....but at least it's something to think about.

i would think you are right kevin because there a few people in march that hasn't been online since july 28th and nith and they could have received their approval and there is one guy that hasn't been on june 28th and i know one rfe and the others you can't even see their timelines. so i would think theya re working on april by now.
