-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

teya from what i gathered here. there is like 5 people that have not been online since the 19th and 20th of july. there is one that has an error message when you pull up profile. two people that are duplicates and in the beginning there are a number of ones that don't have profiles at all and i don't count them and at least 3 that hasn't been on since april and one that hasn't been on since june. i just want to see that first approval. my wife right now is in sao paulo getting her police certificate and that is done so i am basically ready. we need people to update timelines and for at least one or two april approvals. now one person in april said he was touched yesterday and this i don't understand from april 16th. so who knows i think they are slowing this thing down on purpose because NVC is very much behind. because they did 20 the week of the 15th so that tells us the capability to get a lot done at once.

yeah i know JD but like i said before i would like to see progress. that is all i care about. if they did a few april filers then i would be happy but right now it is dribs and drabs with march still. i think at this point we are all sick of march and be in april. \

WE GOT TOUCH again still nothing the 2 other touches because my wife called the senator and this is what they sent to the senator by email

This I130 case WAC ** *** ***** is pending within the normal processing time. It was received on 03/24/10. The current processing time for these cases is approximately five months from the date of receipt

and today and i checked uscis it was touched i dont know what this means :blink:

I wonder why this happens......one thing is sure, in one life time, we all would like to know that why USCIS's procedure of I-130 approval is distinct for each case and how they work on each case, how did they receive cases, assigned case no, taking each case for review from the rack.........huhhhhhh.....man...i don't know what kind of system they are using for it.......I THINK THEY SHOULD SWITCH TO MORE EASIER SYSTEM AND RELIABLE.....lol :angry:

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

If you don't gety our approval today, you should have it buy next week. That's what it means. I hope. I pray.

Anyway, where are all the approvals. Come on already. I saw my dates change from being adjudicated by July 29th to now August 13th. Pretty soon it should be end of August at this rate. :crying:

Hopefully, you will get your approval today or tomorrow. It has to come because its getting into August and then they will be hearing again from the senator's office. So they will send it out soon. Good Luck.

I will be joining the 4 month waiting party (:crying:) on Monday.
