we got another touch today as you know my wife called the senator office yesterday and we got a touch yesterday too so hopefuly this mean an approval we dont want RFE

Your approval is on it's way.....anytime now...may be today itself,, who knows.. :dance:

hello people my case got touched on 26th july.

May be they sent it to NVC. How long should i wait before i call them to get my case number ?

WEll my NOA2 approval was dated July 14 which makes today 2 weeks for me. I have no number. Yours being 12 days after mine would tell you what? :bonk: but this thread is about I-130 NOA2 approvals and I am hoping that those who are Marchers and still waiting get good new today and tomorrow. USCIS will hopefully move it move it move it...Good Luck All.

Indigo I know what you meant. Some appear to have difficulty coping with life's little realities and make those realities bigger than they need to be. Far to many of us have lost the ability to endure minor discomforts or exaggerate the situation. Others seem to be unmoved by anything. Perhaps somewhere in the middle is where we need to be.

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Tom, theres something screwy going on over there.

Most people get their AOS bill within a day after giving the operator their email address. I still havent received any email from them. Granted its only been 3 days but still. Slow. :blink:

It might be as someone else had mentioned here earlier that NVC is behind and help them USCIS is slowing down the approvals. May be they already have checked and have everything done for a lot of us April Filers but just giving time to NVC to catch up. I dont know for sure but just guessing.

It really is horrible for us because we have to wait for the checklist and then submit the PCC and then wait another 6-8 weeks for them to review the things. Woah my hopes keep fading now :(
