Grats for all the Approvals and touches!! Still waiting patiently here.. By the way im just wondering how they really process each case, cuz my NOA1 date was March 25, but in USCIS website they said they received our application April 1 and got touched April 5. Im confused now :wacko:

omg could that mean they put your petition with april filers ours was sent 16 march received march 24 and our noa1 date is march 24 which the same day they receive it and the last touch was march 26 but i don't know why they did yours that way but i think they put yours with april good luck though

hey hun my husband is probably right but what i would do is call USCIS and i would have your call escalated to an officer you just tell who answer the phone that you have an issue with your case and tell them you need to speak to an officer to escalte the call and talk to the officer and tell them you NOA1 is for march 25th and that there is no way that you could get a receipt number in march if they got it in april, but your notice says march 25th so they have to go by that... and if you dont get help there you need to call your senator and explain it to them and they can help you someway...

Sadly to say everyone I am not in that cheering pool of NOA2's. I haven't received any mail. But that is not to say that I may get it before the end of the week in the mail. Trust me I will be here dancing around on VJ as soon as I find out. Congrats to you all again.

Thank you everyone. I have been having issues with my net so im sorry i couldnt reply earlier, its super hard to read a forum on a phone. which is what ive been doing.

hey anthony my husband and i just got touched tonite so we are still waiting as well but positive is the best route the vj families that we all have are what keeps us sane and going for the long haul......

Ok....who ever posts the 1st approval tomorrow has to set up the August NVC thread (if someone doesn't do it before then).

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I JUST WENT INTO THE USCIS SERVICE AND IT SAYS IT IS UNAVAILABLE FOR MAINTENANCE SO IT MEANS IT HASNT BEEN WORKING PROPERLY (WE ALREADY KNEW THAT LOL) BUT PROBABBLY TOMOWWOW WILL BE EASIER TO KNOW OUR NOA2 BEFORE THE MAIL (KINDA I LL GET IT IN ABOUT 1 MONTH, BUT STILL IT MAKES ME HAPPY!! :)

hey hun my husband is probably right but what i would do is call USCIS and i would have your call escalated to an officer you just tell who answer the phone that you have an issue with your case and tell them you need to speak to an officer to escalte the call and talk to the officer and tell them you NOA1 is for march 25th and that there is no way that you could get a receipt number in march if they got it in april, but your notice says march 25th so they have to go by that... and if you dont get help there you need to call your senator and explain it to them and they can help you someway...

Our application was received on 9th april, but NOA-1 Date is 16th April. I don't think we can do much over here, they have their policy and they will just go by that. Sometimes they give NOA-1 date same as received date and sometime don't because of the way they get each case in hand everyday.

I just want an approval within next 2-3 weeks that's all. lol
