Congrats Hammer and Rosaline. Things are certainly looking up....hoping my friends in April start seeing some news as well..... I think If we were well into March at the beginning of last week, they must be working or approving April now..... The only downfall... The computer system isn't working or updating and April filers will have to wait till next week only to see they were approved this week..... hmmmm...

IV Bill (available for pay): 8/20/2010

IV Package Sent Finally: 9/04/2010 (due to arrive 9/7)

Received checklist : 9/06/2010 (they are looking for the IV package) hmmm, ummm, I KNOW! So was I!

Received Checklist 9/28/2010 (said PCC not in correct format)

Case Complete 10/13/2010 ( have not received replacement PCC from wife yet to send into NVC, How can this be?) I'm not complaining!

PS As of 9/11/2010, USCIS website still not updated, shows NOA-1 date and... blah blah blah. don't count on them folks.

Today I got a touch, text message and an email from USCIS to say that they have received my RFE and have entered it into their computer system. Hopefully approval is right around the corner finally !! kicking.gif Too early for the dance TeyaValentina ?

well this is a good sign for all of you. maybe there is a few left for march because basically the way i see it there are a lot that are not online or don't have timelines so who knows maybe theya re approved already. come on let's see just one april already.
