Our application was touched on 7-23 and last night at 11:47 pm EDT I received a text and email telling us that our application was approved! 122 days after NOA1. I wasn't expecting anything at that time! The website was also updated at the same time. Woke my wife up to give her the good news. Thanks to everyone here for helping us to maintain our sanity during this process. Good luck to all of the remaining Marchers, you should be hearing soon.

09/29/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

09/30/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID', AOS package mailed out

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

09/29/2010: DS-3032 Choice Of Agent emailed to NVC

10/06/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment

thank you! no I think they go by the time of the NOA1! I'm an April/May filer! hopefully USCIS get faster with approvin the april petitions inshallah!

It's Hammer time!!!!! Congratulations Hammer. i think all the people from last week are coming in now. they will be done soon with march. wouldn't be surprised if some aprils are done soon. there are more from alst week but like i said before there are a few coming in here so the others probably aren't updating their timelines.

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

A month is considered complete if 80% of the cases are approved. No mother ever gets 100% completion. March is about 60% completed. So it'll be 80% by this weekend. And I get paid this weekend also. Sweet.

woohoo another one approved from march 31 and i think it would be last week but they put 7/27. we need confirmation on this. that means 11 so far for last week.

i didn't get approved. i was saying that someone else was approved for march 31. sorry for the confusion.

Oh I mean to say that to HAMMER....I should have put name...hehe... :dance:

But happy to see another march 31st filer who got approved, that you found out by looking at igor's list....great :)
