So, I had nothing to do and was just doing a time pass on USCIS website.....and found out some unpleasant information.

I checked my case status online and than I thought let me just play with numbers and go backwards and forward to see how many people are there who have same NOA-1 date. Well instead of finding how many are there, I found some interesting stuff.

I have added aproximately upto 800 numbers to my case number. I found that everyone is having April 15th - as NOA-1 date. Mine is April-16th. ISN'T THAT TRUE THAT NOA-1 CASE NO. ARE ASSIGNED BASED ON FIRST COME FIRST BASIS.

ALSO, one of the case no. has (WAC1019511990) got approved.....and this person is approximately 900 no. after from me......i don't know what to say...just waiting

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

I mean NOA-1 date should be in order that the application was received. And so does the NOA-1 receipt no.

10/04/2010: Case# received, Both email id provided

10/05/2010: DS-3032 COA emailed to NVC

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

10/22/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package delivered. Signed by: J Desmond.

11/10/2010: SIF!!!

11/14/2010: received checklist for missing passport office PCC.

11/10/2010: NVC Completion

12/09/2010: NVC Forwards Case to Consulate

CONSULATE

11/22/2010: Passport Office PCC to be in hand

12/22/2010: Medical Completed

12/28/2011: VFS Office Visit - Submit all required documents

01/10/2011: Interview Date - APPROVED

j1/11/2011: Passport arrived at home.

01/25/2011: Wife Comes to USA (POE: Newark, NJ)

there is another one approved yesterday and another one that was an rfe. i would assume that they are getting these in the mail. so i wouldn't be surprised if monday more people get it in the mail.

AOS Bill : 8/03/2010 ( Received Via Email after calling on 8/2/2010 )

Paid AOS Bill : 8/04/2010 ( Paid Invoice electronically )

PS As of 9/11/2010, USCIS website still not updated, shows NOA-1 date and... blah blah blah. don't count on them folks.

i did the same thing but i only change the last number 20 time and most of the petitions were approved i saw like 2 who still in INITIAL REVIEW

I saw that I am the only one with 16th april NOA-1 date around my case no. Everyone else is 15th.

there are less than 39 left in petitions. the first one is a duplicate and was approved so he don't count. the next one is an rfe and waiting for heis answer so i don't count him either. the next one after that is an error so that don't count and then the wtwo after is in april the last time they been online here so i don't count them either. they could ahve been approved already. so i counted there are like 31 left to go but this week will be approvals from last week. i think most of you guys willg et yours.

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)
