23rd July 2010: I130 Approved

14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013

NOA1: Nov 4th 2013

Letter for Biometrics recievied with Appt on 12/09/2013: Nov 18th 2013

Biometrics done: Nov 22nd 2013

In line for Interview: Dec 27th 2013

Interview letter received: May 24th 2014

Interview Date: June 26th 2014

I did not get any touches. My husband just got the text saying your case is updated and check online so when we checked it was already on post decision activity.

NVC is slower right now but as long as your husband has everything ready to go and stays on top of things, it shouldn't be too long :). Certainly not 4-5 months. :P.

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Got a touch on the 6 of july and no text, seen it was touched again on the 21 of july. Still no text or email. Got the confirmation in the mail that the 16 of july they forward it to the NVC. Wow great news. Still no email or text though. How long until the NVC contacts me?????? Anyone have any thoughts?

i think that some of you will receive it in the mail this week. is aw that a k-1 received one in the mail today dated july 19th. so i wouldn't be surprised if more receives in the mail today and monday. they had to approve more this week and they are not showing up yet.

march1- Welcome and yes you can just e-mail it to them. The e-mail to send it to is NVCInquiry@state.gov :).

unclebilly- Congrats on the NOA2! :thumbs:NVC will not contact you. You "get" to contact them by calling 1-603-334-0700. It is taking around a week to two weeks for the AVR to have the case number (from your NOA2 date). So since you got the NOA2 on the 16th, it might be there as soon as yesterday or maybe it will be there by next Friday. The line is almost always busy so don't give up. Once you get your case number, make sure to speak to an operator and give them your e-mail address and your wife's e-mail address. This will speed things along. :). Good luck with everything!
