Here s what it says on the website

Post-Decision Activity

On July 23, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

16th March 2010: I130 sent
25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

Thanks to All for the good wishes and congratulations... :thumbs: I also had not been touched prior to approval. and was beginning to think I didn't know what they were. Now USCIS has my case updated to reflect the approval on their pg. I hope to have the NVC case # on Monday that's when I will call. Once I get that its off to the Races. :dance::thumbs: Just glad this milestone is behind me... Seems that the USCIS system is now functioning again so be ready fellow Marchers. The horseman cometh...

well i was looking through everyone's profile and a lot of people hasn't been on since july 18th so maybe they were approved. i saw 4 or 5 profiles that wasn't on since april and 2 or 3 profiles that hasn't been on since june. so i don't know if they were approved or not. it's safe to say that the last of march will be approved next week if they wasn't approved this week.

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10
