None of the month ever get 100% completion. Due to rejection and people being lazy and not filling out their timeline ASAP. Out of the 42, a bunch of them have their NOA2 by now. They just decided it wasn't worth their time to fill out their timeline.

you are right indigo. looking through the march filers, there are a few that haven't been online here since april. there are a few that an error occurs when you bring up there name. there are a few that have duplicates and of course there can't be only one this week when they went crazy last week. there has to be more.

I'm happy to see someone with 3/30 NOA1 was approved. My NOA1 was also 3/30. I hope to see my NOA2 in the near future.

I will update my timeline once I get my good news.

USCIS

11 Mar, 2010: Submit I-130 Package to USCIS (Hired Immigration Lawyer)

22 Mar, 2010: Received by USCIS

30 Mar, 2010: Received NOA1

30 Jul, 2010: Received NOA2

NVC

19 Aug, 2010: AOS & IV fee payment processed

29 Sep, 2010: DS-230/I-864 Entered into NVC System.

19 Oct, 2010: RFE (Beneficiary's Original Birth Cert, Original Marriage Cert, DS-2019 from previous J1 VISA)

02 Nov, 2010: RFE Delivered to NVC (Signed by Desmond)

16 Nov, 2010: Checklist for RFE entered into NVC System (via AVR)

23 Nov, 2010: "Sign In Failed"! Yay!

23 Nov, 2010: Case Complete

07 Dec, 2010: Assigned an interview Date

that is what i am saying a lot of people that are in the beginning of the month haven't been online. the 30th of march people and a few that haven't been approved should be approved this week but maybe are waiting for the letters in the mail like last week or they are updating soon.

Hang in there people. Your time will come. Yes many dont support VJ. So what Look at how long some of us have been monitoring and chatting on this March site. There are many whom I didn't see earlier but they are here now. I dont think the timeline provides more than a peek at what to expect. Its hardly accurate. I have seen some get their NOA2 in 94 days while others wait 120. Now that I have mine I am waiting for my Case # :blink:. Same goes with it some get them faster than other. WHo knows why. Same reason some win the lotto and others dont. Hang in there friends we have not left you. We are just in a next room. :hehe::thumbs: Waiting... :whistle:

I think it help her understand a few things cause she has not gone nuts lately...I dont know what shes thinking on this news. haha :blush: She is having email trouble or is in shock :blink: so I have not heard from her. there has to people receiving the approvals in the mails also. this doesn't make any sense at all. it wasn't the end of the month. soon people will be 5 months into this situation and they don't want the phone calls. so i would assume some approvals will come in the mail.

You mean starting 5 months, not in it for 5 months. I got my email and mail notice on the same day. A few days prior to my getting the email only mail notices were being received. So I am guessing they are behind the curve a little but it doesn't affect your date as mine was backdated or listed as the 14th which was 7 days prior to my receiving the mail or email. Enjoy the weekend and know all of this will be right here waiting for you when you return... Cheers... :thumbs:
