March 2010 CR1 filers

i would love to see some march 30th filers approved in the next few days. that would be great and then everyone else being approved. they did roughtly 20 last week no reason why they can't do 20 more this week. i am sure by the 31st they will do more.

Looks like USCIS is still processing files form March 28th and 29th. The lone April approval came due to expedited case from Chille due to the earthquake. So things are still on track and moving. The good thing to know is that 50% of all March cases have been processed.

I think something is already in the mail for you. Just have that feeling. CSC is trying to finish marchers ASAP I think because if they dont, then they will be coming pretty close to that 5 month period and then they will have to hear from congressmen, senators liaison etc.

I agree with JD. i think all of you will hear from them this week in the mail and then just like last week get the texts and emails because they are doing to many to get out.

Rceived NOA1 on March 18th. Today July 22 Received REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE.

Cannot see possibly what they want since so much was sent with the I-130.

My wife has never been in USA so there is no property bank accounts etc that can be given. I did send tons of pictures, emails, yahoo chat sessions, evidence of trips etc....

Have no idea what else they could want and to wait this long to ask for more evidence.

I will. I received email alert letting me know. Once paper comes in I will post what they are asking for but it has me worried because I do not know what else I could send. We also had notorized witness statements with the I-130 (family and friends). I have feeling they will be asking for something impossible to give.

To prove the relationship with your spouse, marriage certificate is mandatory. The below are optional documents to prove the relation. However, it is a best practice to include one or more of them.

E. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or

F. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or

G. Documentation showing co-mingling of financial resources; or

H. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, the petitioner, and your spouse together; or

I. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage); or

J. Any other relevant documentation to establish that there is an ongoing marital union.

Don't worry johndoe12, sometimes the decision depends on the officer who handles your case as well. So, probably you may NOT get RFE.
