Hardcopy will say the 14th.

Same wording as the email they had sent you which states you were approved on the 14th as well. :dance:

The hard copy was in the Mailbox and yes it said 14th Jesal. What a lousy copy I can hardly read it.Guess they have printer problems also. The back of the document has some ghost print on it also that I can not read. I think they are recycling paper... I appears to say that my wife will be contacted by them with further instructions and that I should not call them for 90 days if my wife has not received instructions. ?@%$&@ Yeah Right... I guess they will do this via email also or snail mail? I just know there is no way I am waiting 90DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know this is just a general default statement but holy cow... what a bunch of ...

NVC is even better, they tell you 6-8 weeks for almost everything! :blink:

Been awhile since I posted but it seems people with similar NOA1 dates as ours are getting NOA2 approval. That is such good news, I have been anxiously waiting for a letter and it seems as though we will finally be receiving it soon. Good luck to everyone! I'm sure we'll have many more questions and headaches to go through once this next step starts happening.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

CR-1 journey

USCIS: (170 days)

2010-03-27: I-130 sent

2010-09-23: NOA2

NVC: (93 days)

2010-10-06: NVC Case Number assigned

2011-01-05: SIF and Case Completion!

2011-02-15: Medical in Toronto

2011-03-07: Interview approved (335 days from NOA1)

2011-03-10: Passport received

2011-03-19: POE - Buffalo, NY

2011-03-28: SSN received

2011-03-31: USCIS Welcome

2011-04-05: Conditional Green Card received

2012-11-30: Notice to file I-751 received

2012-12-12: I-751 (Remove of Conditions) sent

2013-08-16: Conditions removed. 10 year Permanent Resident Card received

Heather - welcome back. We have about a week or two before CSC starts sending approvals for April. Hopefully next week but lets say the first week of August is a good estimate for now. Good luck and hope you get your approval soon.

I also got my Text Message notifying me of status change in my I130 Today !!!!

The online system is also now updated with Post Decision Activity Status

Since TheJesal received his Text today as well - it appears they do some type of Batch or Mass Update on a certain day of the week (Thursday?) and that is when all the latest approvals are alerted. Seems logical eh?

Anyhow, good luck to everyone else out there - it may be in the mail after all !
