No worries :) Thanks TomD!

So, giving the USCIS a call was a bust, they won't give me ANY information as I'm not my husband, the petitioner. So... I need to work on my American accent and lower my pitch a few octaves. LOL Just kidding! I think my American accent is awesome, hubby disagrees though! It's probably just as good as his Aussie accent... that is to say - Terrible.

I'm staying in high spirits, planning a nice weekend out with friends and then the family to keep my mind off all this visa stuff!!! :) I'm just really looking forward to hearing my husbands voice again, that's going to be so much better than any NOA2 news right now... hey, if it's his voice saying "Baby, we got the NOA2", that'll be 7th heaven. :)

People when you see the pony run by your house run out and check your US Mail Boxes... Seems like the US is not so slowly becoming Third World and we are even losing our communication abilities along with everything else. Maybe some of you could have your loved ones ask their leadership to aid the US and get the USCIS system back online...

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Well, i got a text today saying my I-130 was approved. Ha.

....that's nice to see that USCIS is back to work.....and sending emails/txt :dance::hehe::dance:

07-02-2020 - I-130 SENT
06-01-2021 - APPROVED

NVC
06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

Oh nothings wrong. I received the hardcopy of the NOA2 yesterday so i thought it was funny that they NOW sent me a text.
Lol. That makes sense. Haha. You'd think texts and emails would go out sooner than the snail mail. Still congrats. :) Good luck on rest of the journey.

Yes, i always checked their site. It didnt get updated until today which is the same time i received their text and email confirmation of approval. :yes:

In otherwords, dont stress about the online status as the hardcopy may come before any of that is updated.
