Well not a super Tuesday but a productive one. Congrats to all NOA2 recipients. I guess I will start setting out by the mailbox instead of checking emails... Just when I though I knew how things worked... :hehe::unsure: I hope someone is givin dance classes, cause I am not that good at it.. :lol:

- NVC Case Number Assigned 7/28/10

- AOS bill and Agent forms received & Paid 8/03/10

- Email DS 3032 8/04/10

- AOS Package Delivered to NVC 8/9/10

- IV Bill Received & Paid; 8/11/10

- IV Pack Received at NVC 8/16/10

- IV Pkg Entered into AVR System 8/19/10

- NVC SIF 9/9/10

- Case Complete, 9/13/10 w/questions on lack of income

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Manila

- Waiting Medical completed 10/27/10

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

10/11/2010: IIN received

10/11/2010: AOS review fee ($88) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/14/2010: AOS status 'PAID'

10/16/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment - IN PROCESS

10/19/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID'

10/20/2010: AOS & DS-230 IV package sent

Hello Everyone! Thank god Alhamdulillah, i got my NOA2 dated July 15th 2010! How long does it take from here? What do i do from here?

Also, everyone, i really hope that you all get your NOA2 really soon. I ended up bursting into tears, because, i just visited my wife, and it was soo difficult to walk away for a while again. It really sucked, but i thank God, that it happened so soon. I will update that in my timeline.

Thanks Rich and Bey, i got it in the mail, actually, i got it yesterday, i didnt even know, my Dad was like, did you see the immigration letter in the mail? and it was my approval! yay! Unfortunately, USCIS is still not updating on their website, so i didnt get anything in electronic format, only in the mail. So i was taken by surprise, and yes, i updated my timeline. Thanks everyone for all of your help.

i think that was 15 so far for last week and i am sure more are coming. there and if they do that this week then march will be almost done. because i don't know about the people that you can't see their timelines. they may have already been approved.

ladies and gentlemen we have our first april approval. do not know if it was expedited but he did say that he received the NOA2 in the mail. it was done on july 15th.

Sadly to say everyone I am not in that cheering pool of NOA2's. I haven't received any mail. But that is not to say that I may get it before the end of the week in the mail. Trust me I will be here dancing around on VJ as soon as I find out. Congrats to you all again.
