Thank you

The 7 approvals are for people registered on this website only. You can find them by going to igors list and searching for i130 approvals (ir1-cr1).

On the top of this page, you will 'immigration timeline' click on that and then on igors list and search for the appropriate application.

Thanks

Hi!

My case was filed on 5th March 2010 and I received the mail for NOA ON 20TH March 2010.

I check my status at this page:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

there has been no movemnet of my status till today(10 May 2010).

I am worried why other peoples case is been touched and mine dosnt show any motion.

Can some one tell me if this is OK?

Am I doing anything wrong that it is not moving further up?

Please inform.

Kapad - no you r not doing anything wrong, I haven't been touched either. The only reason why I have been touched is because of the change in address. So don't worry and just wait for the email or letter. March filers still haven't been sent any approvals. Just a selected couple lucky ones have it.

Don't fret too much about the touches. It may or may not mean much. While it does connote some form of activity within USCIS, it does not reliably tell us what they did. I mean, it doesn't say whether they're reviewing our file, or simply organizing them etc...

You are still within the regular processing time frame. I've seen members who did not have a single touch until after a few(or more) months wherein they got approved. You can check Igor's list or simply the Processing times tab and look under IR/CR1 filers. It will show an approximate date of which NOA1's are being processed currently.

kapad .. my case NOA1 was March 2nd, touched March 4th, and nothing else so far ..

So, it seems normal that neither of our cases have been touched.

Good luck.

Wow this is exactly why they say idle minds are not good for people in general. We tend to start thinking too much. My NOA1 date was March 23 and I am to date like a virgin (untouched) which like others have said on this forum means nothing really. Dont worry about this touched thing! We will be notified soon enough and then we will have something to do and possibly worry about. So reduce your time spent looking for touches and focus on reviewing your data and re-reading both the short-cut and Govnmt instructions to ensure you have all your ducks in a row. Dont start to second guess yourself. Once you are sure about what you have done todate is good, just sit back and enjoy the ride because you have done all you can do. JMHO

TeyaValentina - those numbers are just based on the number of people that are registered here and haven't received their NOA2s yet. I agree that you won't be number 1 as a lot of people don't update their timelines. Anyway, the closer you get the better. Don't know if uscis goes fifo (first in first out) way but hope they are.

Hoping May brings happiness to the march filers. Good luck everyone.

They already haven't gone FIFO with March. That is fine with me though b/c my ducks don't even know they exist, let alone that they need to be in a row. :P.

Hey u guys will definitely get the noa2 before me because my noa1 is dated april2. Got a long way to go before my turn. Atleast not until 80% of march filers get their noa2. I am worried at all it will happen just don't know when. :)
