hahaha.

It takes some time for the file to reach NVC. I am thinking I will call in on Friday... they hopefully have it by then.

When you call you want to ask them for your case number and give them yours and your wifes email address.

I think thats it.. correct me if im wrong anyone.

From what I am reading, I think you are correct. I will Start calling thursday or friday.. I just want to be prepared. I dont want them to ask me a question that I'm not prepared to answer. So I am gathering anything and everything. Truthfully, the NOA came as a shock, as i was moving toward a Plan B.

Awww thanks rvince! This is a special group indeed :). I will be glad to watch all of you make it on through to the interview and wave to you in your (respective) airplane rides (or your spouse alone) to the U.S.

The Jesal- The NVC is slow right now. Instead of 7-10 days it is seeming more like 14 days. See, at least you don't have to wait 2 weeks to get the case number. Some of your time was "cut out" by not getting the notice until now.

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

OH how can they be without a computer system? :wacko: Y2K is far behind us and they should have plenty of MIS personel available to keep this from happening. :huh::help:

Of course I have now insider knowledge but I do have high hopes for the near future... COME ON USCIS... :whistle::bonk::yes:

Yeah. The biggest hurdle after NOA2 is the PCC.

my wife went for the PCC already. it will be ready in 15 business days so probably by the end of the month. july. so if i am approved i will have all the paperwork ready to go. bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!! let's just get approved already.

I received my NOA2 approval notice today.

I called the USCIS and their system still said I was in Initial Review. I also checked online and it had the same initial review status.

I never received an email or text with my change of status - right now only my letter of approval is the proof of approval.

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

N-400 Progress

4/10/2014: Package Mailed
4/11/2014: Package Received
4/14/2014: Notice Date
x/x/2014: Biometrics appointment
