I talked to JuneFirst last week or 2 weeks ago. She was just really stressed and decided to give the visa thing a rest. She hadn't received her NOA2 as of then.

hi but there is one timeline wrong, it says they got their noa 2 on the 16 of august which doesnt help a lot

also, i want to ask, for those who have been in NVC process already how much is the fee for the DS 230, some people say it is 404, others 440, and other 380, if you can answer, thanks.

that's ok for august. they were approved. one person on march 17th got an rfe so they were looked at and gone. they sent what they needed so they are done as far as i am concerned. there is someone that hasn't been on since march and another that hasnt been on since july 13th. so they could be done. one person was touched for april so maybe he will be done by this week. i have a feeling the end of the month is coming now.

i agree with you Rich. I think by the end of the month we might see april NOA1s getting approved. really good chance for it. I hope we do see it soon because I am I believe one of the first ones (April 2nd)

John we are april filers we need to stick together but i have a feeling based on vermont that theya re almost up to june 30th with approvals for k-1's and they really do not process i130 so that means the background checks are less than thirty days for them so i think they will help out if they fall to far behind with i130. so i think approvals will be flowing like crazy.

a guy was touched last week for april 2nd already. so who knows they might be approved and i think based on VSC that theya re doing april, may and june that CSC may do the same thing.

Lol I am sorry I meant that there is one tiomeline in Igor's list which was approved in august but we are not in august there so it is not possible,so it means they wrote the date of their noa2 wrong. I am in agreement I know we will se april filers get approved soon

Yup. There is a really good chance they will start approving a lot as we are approaching the end of the month too. Just like last month, they should approve a lot. 12-15 each week would be great.

i think there are more approvals that we don't know about honestly. some of the march 11th and 12th probably has been approved but we can't see their timelines. some of the others are probably going to get some in the mail because i think the system is down.

John i am april 19th but i been through this last year and hopefully i can zip right through this because they ahve everything on me already. pictures, medical reports and everything. hopefully it will go right through.

I know of a few that still haven't received it yet. But like you said, it could be in the mail right now and they could be getting it any day.
