Most of the dinner wares that I got out from the showcase are washed. Left them on the table to dry so I can wipe 'em and bag 'em when I go home after work today. Few other things need washing. I'll get to them eventually. Tomorrow. It was awesome. We had lots of laughs. Next weekend we're heading over to Amish country for some fresh produce on Saturday. Sunday, picnic by the lake. That reminds me I need to book a picnic shelter today.

congrats wasmah!!!! so we are almost there. i believe the 11th though the 18th will be approved very soon as well as everyone else this week. someone from ril was touched last wek so maybe an april filer willg et approved this week.

There are Amish people all over the US. There are some here in KY. Speaking of Amish people, I did a little graph of the number of NOA2 per NOA1 day from March 2010. Here's what it looks like.

Either nobody filed for I130 on March 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th of March or people who filed on these days are still waiting for their NOA2. USCIS is processing I130 from March 26th, 2010 now. I hope this gives you guys a view into what the picture is now. As always there are all based on Igor's List. The accuracy of this depends on how accurate Igor's List is and how many people chose to fill in their timeline at all.

Just as I expected the USCIS only works 4 days a week. Mondays are a loss... Is your chart saying that approximately 54 NOA2 are processed in a week from VJ?

It's well known fact that government employees tend to work much more leisurely then private sector employees. Government employees also get many more benefits compared to their private counter parts.

I was only looking at NOA1 date in March 2010. I got rid of a few of the items because the data seemed suspect, like that one guy who's timeline said he got his NOA2 in 33 days. Umpossibleh!

We sent an email to USCIS last friday because we were getting frustated about it.. and we got a msg today saying that our NOA2 was send last friday!!!

If anyone wondering why I use Oy! ad infinitum: It's because in my mind everyone going through the USCIS process are ducks. And what other ways would ducks celebrate some victory other than to quack like ducks. Somehow ducks in my mind don't quack rather they oy! oy! oy! Yes, it has been suggested that I should become a writer. I'm thinking about it.

Or quite simply I'm Jewish and I don't know it. Oy Vey!

Oh Indigo, I know first hand about GoV employees although I was never one except in the Army I guess but that was under duress... I was just inserting a little tongue and cheek.

I wonder if we all stopped calling & emailing the USCIS if this would speed them up but then I guess they probably have dedicated phone persons who would then be doing nothing.

I was just agreeing with you, mate about the lazy gub'ment workers. Didn't mean to come off as a jerk if I did. How could I with my fellow duck-mates. M

I don't think calling them less would help as the people who answer phones aren't immigration officers. They're just contract drones hired to answer phone and read off of a script. God heavens! I hope these people who answer phone don't get to decide our life-changing matters. -shudders-

My husband was the one writing... but he wrote that we wanted to know what was going on, because we sent everything and even more and we didn't hear anything, while other people (who I know) sent their papers after us and are doing their interview already!

We asked if we had done something wrong... I guess it is just luck!

Hope everybody gets their interview soon!!!!

congrats sufrank!!!! see i think there is something wrong with the system because all the people from alst week are stillgetting their approval notices. i bet there is some in the mail and there is more coming through from last week still.
