06-01-2021 - APPROVED

06-06-2021 - Recevied NVC case no. - case entered into nvc's system

06-08-2021 - AOS fee
06-08-2021 - IV fee
07-05-2021 - IV & AOS documents submitted online

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received

04-28-2022 - Interview date at mumbai embassy

i am starting to think that there is something wrong with their system some one else was approved with a k-1 and just was updated and didn't get an approval online but received the hardcopy approval. TJ says she was touched on july 14th and she is an april filer. maybe there are approvals and people aren't updating or maybe they are receiving in the mail. who knows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEAH WHO KNOWS?? :wacko: I am starting to get afraid that maybe I deleted or missed the approval in my span mail or something... I Got to stop thinking like that. :help: How do people deal with prison?

Couldn't you log into USCIS website and check your status? How about calling them?

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

N-400 Progress

4/10/2014: Package Mailed
4/11/2014: Package Received
4/14/2014: Notice Date
x/x/2014: Biometrics appointment

Couldn't you log into USCIS website and check your status? How about calling them?

I did check my status and its the same with no Touches... I will call them next week if I dont hear anything. But I am not one to wait and I hear they are hard to contact via phone so I dont need addition frustration just to hear WE DONT KNOW ANYTHING> :blush::hehe::bonk:

How come people with NOA1 dates of March 11-14 are not getting approved? Am i missing something. I dont have NOA1 date of those days but just feel a little wierd because even they deserve to have theirs by now. I think CSC is approving cases randomly right now or they just forgot about those ppl. Anyway good luck for the rest of us. My NOA1 date is April 2nd and if i get lucky i should hear from CSC (either approval or an RFE) by first or second week of August. I am ok with that date range as long as i hear from them before my trip to see my wife :)

People with frikkin march 22 and later have been approved. Anybody around the 18th been approved? What are we hoping for? Am I wrong to hope by the end of the month if my noa1 was the 18th

Zeban - it will come soon. EVen I am wondering what is going on right now. The dates have been jumping all around. Anyway just hang in tight and your turn will come and I think it has to be before the end of the month if not this week..
