johndoe12 .. I was wondering "does (it) say TOUCHED on this screen"? From your answer, I infer that (a) This is the right web page (b) that it does not and will NOT say "TOUCHED" literally and © basically people watch the "Last Update" date and call it touched when that date changes.

Correct! There is nothing that says "Touched". Also, that is the correct website but not the correct page of the website.

I should have been specific. Teya is right. There is nothing that says touched and it might not mean anything either. At times, USCIS updates the case a lot but they dont make a decision even after that. So its good if you get touched but dont get your hopes too high.

Thanks Tom! I know we all agree that time lines are lame b/c you can't count on them but...as long as my time line doesn't get pushed back again, my time line says 10 days until I get my NOA2. But....since they have yet to send me a correct NOA1, and I have to call them tomorrow for them to correct it again, I doubt I will see a NOA2 before I have a corrected NOA1.

Wow Teya, I really hope things will work out for you soon...It has been like 2,5months and they still haven't managed to change and send you a correct Noa1? Now that is a little scary.

Do you know if your "5months til approval" started the day the issued the first Noa1 or will your wait start once you have the correct Noa1?

I'm thinking the original NOA1 since the USCIS website still has the date of receipt as March 1st. Wouldn't that be something if they used the corrected date? I'd contact a higher up if that were the case!

Wow another day in Cyber Paradise... Its almost the middle of May and within a few weeks we should start seeing people getting good news. Well I hope that's the case. I have most of my stuff together but my wife seems to be struggling with work and my demands to get her paperwork to me by June 1. She sent me her DS 3032 and 230 and I commented or found many areas needing correction. I dont know why she is taking this so negatively. Maybe I am not being gentle enough. Or maybe she is shooting the messenger. I dont even know if she is signed on to VJ although I have ask her to several time. Well I guess I will just have to sit back and see what develops. :unsure::huh::whistle:

Yeah I know what you're saying. I dont really think thats the case and maybe I am not explaining it right. I think she just has poor skills in dealing with stress. She has told me in the past how stressed she gets at work. I has made me go hummmm though. I am just trying hard not to get angry myself. I know I can be difficult or strict as some may say and I know she often misunderstands my meanings. However if things dont change things will change.
